The sixth installment of the NWA’s “10 Pounds of Gold” digital series focusses on the Tim Storm vs. Nick Aldis match at the Championship Wrestling From Hollywood event. Check out the video at the NWA Wrestling Youtube page.
Powell’s POV: While the footage focusses on the Storm vs. Aldis match that took place at the Championship Wrestling From Hollywood television taping, it also included what appeared to be the first meeting between NWA owner Billy Corgan and champion Storm. Sean “X-Pac” Waltman and his dog also make cameos. Another good installment of the series. On a side note, Sam Shaw (yes, the wrestler) has improved as the narrator, as he brings an NFL Films-like quality to his voiceovers.
