Thursday’s GFW Impact Wrestling television drew 322,000 total viewers on Pop TV, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The number was down from the 374,000 viewers the show accumulated last week.
Powell’s POV: Last week’s Impact had the benefit on running a night when there was no competition from any of the four major sports due to the MLB All-Star break. In other words, the decline in viewership this week was expected. Last year, TNA Impact Wrestling produced 362,000 viewers viewers on Thursday, July 21. This marked the first time that Impact Wrestling moved to Thursdays on Pop TV.
