WWE adds five names to the Mae Young Classic women’s tournament

WWE has officially announced the following wrestlers will take part in the 32-woman Mae Young Classic tournament.

-Tessa Blanchard

-Abbey Laith

-Taynara Conti

-Jazzy Gabert

-Kavita Devi

-Toni Storm

-Lacey Evans

-Sarah Logan

-Princesa Sugehit

Powell’s POV: The top five women listed above are the newest additions, while the other four were previously announced by WWE. Tessa Blanchard is the daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Tully Blanchard. Laith worked as Kimber Lee prior to signing with WWE. Conti is a 22 year-old developmental wrestler with an MMA background. Gabert is listed as a judo blackbelt who has been training at the WWE Performance Center since October. Devi is a former powerlifter who is listed as a former student of Great Khali.
