John Cena to have a bigger role in movie sequel

WWE star John Cena has signed on for a role in the sequel to Daddy’s Home. Cena had a cameo in the first film, and Deadline.com reports that he will have a bigger role in the sequel.

Powell’s POV: The movie starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg was fun, but I was actually hoping that Ferrell would reconsider and do the sequel to Stepbrothers. Anyway, Cena had a fun role in the first movie and it’s obviously good for him to have a bigger role. The movie has a listed release date of November 10, so one can only assume that Cena will be filming soon.

  1. Cena is on his way. He’s going to end up a solid B-Lister before all is set and done. Easily the second best pro wrestler turned actor of all time. Which makes Dwayne smile, I bet.
