Monday’s WWE Raw scored a 2.16 rating, down from the 2.2 rating the show drew last week. Raw averaged 3.087 million viewers, down from the 3.115 million average from last week.
Powell’s POV: It’s disappointing to see the Raw numbers decline when the quality of the show been good. The February 15, 2016 edition of Raw delivered a 2.48 rating with 3.477 million viewers.
