Tuesday’s TNA Impact Wrestling television drew 358,000 total viewers on Pop TV, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The number was down from the 410,000 viewers the show accumulated last week.
Powell’s POV: This was a big show for TNA given that it was coming off the successful Final Deletion stunt that drew the most viewers of the run on Pop TV. It’s hard to say the decline in viewership (which is still well above the TNA average) is a sign that the Final Deletion was only successful for one week, as the MLB All-Star game ran opposite Impact last night and delivered 8.707 million viewers for FOX. TNA moves to Thursday next week, and it will be very interesting to see how the show performs on its new night.
