Matt Hardy addressed the footage that WWE aired of the Wyatt Family fighting New Day at the Wyatt Family compound on Monday’s Raw. “I see that the #GreatWar has become inter-promotional,” Hardy wrote on Twitter. “I now have a myriad of #BrotherNeros to DELETE!”
Powell’s POV: WWE’s compound angle was clearly inspired by the Final Deletion angle that featured Matt and Jeff Hardy on last week’s Impact. Meanwhile, Lucha Underground’s executive producer Eric Van Wagenen took issue with Final Deletion being inspired by his promotion before pulling back and apologizing for a “very dickish tweet” the following day.
