ufclogoBrock Lesnar’s fight with Mark Hunt has been moved to the UFC 200 main event slot. The move was made after Jon Jones, who was scheduled to face Daniel Cormier in the main event, was pulled from the card due to a potential doping violation. “When you have the biggest, baddest fight card ever assembled, you know, it doesn’t sting as bad when you lose a fight,” Dana White stated a press conference. “But it stings real bad for Daniel Cormier. This is devastating to him, his family, and I’d like for him to fight another guy.” Read more at ESPN.com.

Powell’s POV: This is the second major fight that was pulled from the UFC 200 card. Conor McGregor was originally scheduled to face Nate Diaz at UFC 200, but UFC officials pulled McGregor from the show when he refused to take part in a media tour. White has to be feeling even better about his decision to bring back Lesnar for the milestone show. UFC 200 will be held on Saturday night in Las Vegas, Nevada at T-Mobile Arena.
