Judge to determine whether Jimmy Snuka is fit to stand trial

Logo_WWE_dnLehigh County, Pennsylvania County Judge Kelly Banach began hearing testimony to determine whether Jimmy Snuka is competent to stand trial. Dr. Frank M. Dattilio, a psychologist hired by Snuka’s defense, said that Snuka is “a shell of a man” and is “worsening by the month” due to dementia. Dattilio went on to say that Snuka is “unable to understand the legal process.” Snuka is charged with third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter in the 1983 death of Nancy Argentino.
