Powell’s POV: The first hour of Raw averaged 3.345 million viewers. Hour two drew 3.356 million viewers. The final hour of the show averaged 3.013 million viewers. The third hour bombed with Chris Jericho vs. Big Cass, though the match never took place. We hope to have the actual rating later today.
