Powell’s POV: The college basketball national championship delivered 13.853 million viewers for TBS and likely took viewers from Raw as the show went on because it was a very tight game. The first hour of Raw averaged 4.287 million viewers. Hour two drew 4.178 million viewers. The final hour of the show averaged 3.816 million viewers. We hope to have the actual rating later today.
