Thursday’s WWE Smackdown scored a 1.87 rating, up from the 1.68 rating the show drew last week. As previously noted, the show averaged 2.757 million viewers, up from last week’s 2.332 million viewers.
Powell’s POV: WWE bounced back to the same number they produced for the premiere on USA Network two weeks ago. Last week’s number was down due to a Republican presidential debate. The January 22, 2015 Smackdown delivered 2.814 million viewers for the move to Thursday nights on Syfy.
