WWE has announced Seth Rollins vs. Samoa Joe for the Payback pay-per-view. The event will be held on April 30 in San Jose, California at SAP Center.
Powell’s POV: It appeared as though WWE was hoping to hold this match at the Fastlane event last month, but a knee injury kept Rollins off the show. This is the first time I recall Joe and Rollins having a televised singles match since the Ring of Honor Rising Above 2008 pay-per-view.
