Monday’s WWE Raw scored a 1.71 rating, up from the 1.66 rating the show drew last week. Raw averaged 2.496 million viewers, up from the 2.276 million average from last week.
Powell’s POV: It’s hard not to credit the announcement of Paul Heyman’s new position for the increased numbers. WWE also advertised the falls count anywhere match and the New Day vs. Viking Raiders tag team match ahead of the show, but there’s no reason to think that either match would lead to a significant increase. The July 2, 2018 edition of Raw delivered a 1.80 rating with 2.707 million viewers.
