AEW announced that the Worlds End pay-per-view will be held on Saturday, December 19, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at Target Center. Tickets go on sale on Monday, October 5. For more details, check out Allelitewrestling.com.
Powell’s POV: The show is taking place a week earlier than usual. I asked Tony Khan about this event during Thursday’s media call, because I would have been surprised had he opted to run the show the night after Christmas, and his Jacksonville Jaguars are scheduled to play on Sunday Night Football on December 27. I’m happy with this date and it will be fun to have an AEW pay-per-view in Minneapolis for the first time since Full Gear 2021. On a side note, the Minnesota Wild have games at Grand Casino Arena on December 18-19, meaning WWE can’t run a show across the river in St. Paul directly opposite Worlds End.
