We have a new guest star on Arrow this year: Mr. Cody Rhodes. I&#8217;m so fired up for this guy; he and I haven&#8217;t really had much of a chance to talk about it but we&#8217;ve been friends for a little over a year now. I know that Cody has really wanted to get into the acting business. He went to LA, he read for a part, and his deal closed yesterday and the dude is going to be on Arrow and I&#8217;m so fired up.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Rhodes addressed it briefly on Twitter. &#8220;I step into this respectfully, humbly, and looking to do it justice for the fandom.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Powell&#8217;s POV:<\/strong><\/span> Cody and his wife Brandi appeared at the convention along with Amell and <a href=\"http:\/\/comicbook.com\/dc\/2016\/07\/02\/stephen-amell-announces-cody-rhodes-will-appear-on-arrow-season-\/\" target=\"_blank\">Comicbook.com<\/a> has footage of Brandi introducing the two of them in front of the crowd and Amell making the big announcement. At this point, there&#8217;s no word on what character Cody will be playing.
