Lawler&#8217;s attorney stated after Friday&#8217;s court hearing that the incident was &#8220;a big misunderstanding and won&#8217;t happen again. WWE suspended Lawler indefinitely following the incident, citing their zero tolerance policy relating to domestic violence.
