The judge ordered no communication between the couple and set a July 1 court date.<\/p>\n<p>McBride&#8217;s attorney Mark Mesler told WMC-TV that the next hearing will likely be when a course of action is determined. &#8220;On that day decisions will get made about whether this case can be settled, whether it can be dropped, whether we are going settle, go to trial or a hearing,&#8221; Mesler stated. Read more at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wmcactionnews5.com\/story\/32258987\/jerry-the-king-lawler-fiance-to-face-judge\" target=\"_blank\">WMCactionnews5.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Powell&#8217;s POV:<\/strong><\/span> Lawler and his attorney both declined to comment even though Lawler already spoke with WMC on Friday morning while at the jailhouse.
