Daniel Kaplan of <a href=\"https:\/\/theathletic.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TheAthletic.com<\/a> reports that the bankruptcy judge approved of the sale on Friday.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Powell&#8217;s POV:<\/strong><\/span> Kaplan reported on Thursday that the unsecured creditors&#8217; committee objection to the sale of the league had been resolved, which paved the way for the judge&#8217;s approval today.
