Finn Balor defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to retain the Intercontinental Championship.<\/b> Balor won with the Coup de Grace in 17:00.<\/p>\n<p>Carmella and R-Truth met backstage for the first time since R-truth got locked into the case on Raw.<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Ember Moon beat Liv Morgan.<\/b> The match ended in 10:00 when Moon did her Diving Stunner off the top rope got the pin. Soyna Deville came out. Deville and Morgan gave Moon a post match beatdown. The Kabuki Warriors came down for the save.<\/p>\n<p><b>3. &#8220;The Kabuki Warriors&#8221; Kairi Sane and Asuka defeated Sonya Deville and Liv Morgan.<\/b> Before the match, the ring announcer said Shane MacMahon made this a tag team match. The Kabuki Warriors won when Sane performed her Diving Leg drop onto Deville and got the pin in 7:00.<\/p>\n<p><b>4. Ali defeated Jinder Mahal.<\/b> Ali rolled up Jinder out of nowhere after a good match in 9:00.<\/p>\n<p><b>5. Roman Reigns defeated Elias.<\/b> Elias appeared in the ring after a blackout and a video form WWE. Elias insulted the Denver crowd and mention how the Nuggets failed in the playoffs and got really good heat from it. He went to sing his song and got five words out of this mouth. He mentioned Roman Reigns and Roman&#8217;s music hit. A good back and forth match that ended in 15:00 with Roman hitting the spear on Elias and got the pin.<\/p>\n<p>Intermission<\/p><div id=\"prowr-3697852398\" class=\"prowr-content-4 prowr-entity-placement\"><!-- Tag ID: prowrestling_incontent_2 -->\r\n<div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"prowrestling_incontent_2\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"prowrestling_incontent_2\", slotId: \"prowrestling_incontent_2\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p><b>6. Apollo Crews and Chad Gable beat &#8220;The B-Team&#8221; Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas.<\/b> Everyone around me thought Chad Gable&#8217;s new haircut makes him look like an EC3 Mini-Me. A good match with Crews and Gable winning in 7:00.<\/p>\n<p>After the match Carmella and R-truth came down to ringside. R-truth got in the ring with Crews and Gable. Truth went to run away, but then EC3, Ali, Matt Hardy, Bo Dallas, and Curtis Axel jumped in the ring and surrounded R-Truth. A big in ring melee happened and a few people tried pinning R-Truth, but one of the other wrestlers kept breaking it up. Everyone got into a circle with R-Truth in the middle, and he squeezed out of the ring and ran away with everyone else in pursuit.<\/p>\n<p><b>7. Bayley defeated Alexa Bliss to retain the Smackdown Women&#8217;s Championship.<\/b> A good back and forth match with Bayley nailing Alexa with the Belly to Bayley and then<br \/>\npinning her in 12:00.<\/p>\n<p>After the match, Bayley posed for pictures and hugged fans. She even called one over who had a sign that read that she wanted a hug with Bayley. When Bayley was going to leave ringside, the sound man started playing the happy birthday song and the entire crowd sang happy birthday to her.<\/p>\n<p><b>8. Kofi Kingston defeated Dolph Ziggler and Kevin Owens in a Triple Threat to retain the WWE Championship.<\/b> A very good main event that ended with Ziggler getting a Trouble in Paradise and being pinned by Kingston in 20:00.<\/p>\n<p>A very good show. I&#8217;m surprised none of heels won at all. The Pepsi Center was about a Quarter Full with about 7,500 people. If it was held at the 1st Bank Center it would&#8217;ve been a sold out event, which is better set up for house shows. WWE should leave the Pepsi Center for Raw and Smackdown television shows.
