Variety.com reports that attorneys Clinton Krislov and Brenden Leydon are representing Goguen and Dupree and others while claiming breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unjust enrichment and a violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act. Read more at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/thr-esq\/wwe-hit-class-action-streaming-881763\" target=\"_blank\">HollywoodReporter.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Powell&#8217;s POV:<\/strong><\/span> WWE attorney Jerry McDevitt told the Hollywood Reporter that Goguen signed a contract in 2011 that prevents him from making such claims. McDevitt also stated that he communicated that information to Goguen&#8217;s attorney, whose response &#8220;indicates he did not know about it,&#8221; according to McDevitt.
