Comedian Ron Funchess wrote on social that he wanted to have Punk on his podcast until he remembered what happened the last time the former WWE star was on a podcast. Punk responded: &#8220;Promise not to sue me for being a good friend (then sign a legally binding agreement that you\u2019re not a greedy steaming pile of ungrateful snake shit) and I\u2019ll consider it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Powell&#8217;s POV:<\/strong><\/span> Cabana is suing Punk for not covering all of his legal fees that stemmed from the defamation lawsuit that WWE physician Chris Amann filed against both men over comments that Punk made on Cabana&#8217;s podcast.
