Raw averaged 3.105 million viewers, up from the 3.055 million average from last week.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Powell&#8217;s POV:<\/strong><\/span> A rare case of the viewership increasing while the rating dropped. The good news for WWE is that the numbers did not seem to be affected by the Winter Olympics.
