Jan, who was not wearing a helmet, was thrown from the scooter. She died in a hospital two days after the accident at age 55. It will be interesting to see if the judge offers an explanation for his seemingly lenient decision.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">This morning norman judge Steven Stice felt compelled to dismiss vehicular homicide charge against the 17 year old in my wife Jan\u2019s death.
