The duo reached a temporary custody agreement that gives Otunga primary custody of their eight-year-old son. However, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2017\/11\/28\/jennifer-hudson-david-otunga-custody-order-of-protection\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TMZ.com<\/a> reports that Otunga and Hudson remain separated. Otunga pulled out of his scheduled appearance on the WWE Survivor Series Kickoff Show and has not appeared for the company since then.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Powell&#8217;s POV:<\/strong><\/span> What seemed like an ugly split between the couple seems to have become more amicable. Hudson previously accused Otunga of getting physical with her, which led to the order of protection.
