Arkady Aura was the ring announcer. Aura introduced Jay White, who was accompanied by Austin and Colten Gunn, Juice Robinson, Ace Austin, David Finlay, and Clark Connors.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Don&#8217;s Take:<\/u><\/b> About an hour before the show, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.x.com\/wrestletix\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/www.x.com\/wrestletix&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1792989375828000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3qmbKeYO-tPf2PbHXT843h\">WrestleTix<\/a> listed the venue as being set up for 2,669 people, with 2,438 tickets distributed. Capacity for the venue is approximately 14,600.<\/p>\n<p>White started the promo teasing the usual Bang Bang Gang schtick but stopped short and said the group needed a new name. He teased relaunching the Bullet Club, which drew some cheers, but White said forget about it. He said that in AEW, you need more than a group or a family; you need an Outfit, and they are the last outfit. This became their new name.<\/p>\n<p>White spoke about his history with Finlay and Connors and how they would forever be intertwined and knew that each other had no limits. He admitted he couldn&#8217;t trust them but said that they were better together than against each other.<\/p>\n<p>White then addressed the Death Riders and how he was going to take the Continental Championship from Jon Moxley. He said the fans would get used to Moxley being laid out and tended to by Marina Shafir. He said Shafir needed to stop scowling and soften up. He said that she and her husband, Roderick Strong, could ride death together.<\/p>\n<p>He added that Strong, Kyle O&#8217;Reilly, and Orange Cassidy were collateral damage. He told Cassidy he had to remind him of his place in wrestling and that White was a cut above. He said he wasn&#8217;t going to break his back while Cassidy did tacky tae kwon do with Daniel Garcia.<\/p>\n<p>White ended by saying that the Last Outfit was going to take out the Death Riders because he has shooters now. He said that if the fans weren&#8217;t down with that, he had two words for them and proceeded to drop the mic.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Don&#8217;s Take:<\/u><\/b> While I&#8217;m not into The Dogs and the Bang Bang Gang collaborating, I guess it beats an endless feud. I need some time with the Last Outfit name, but I&#8217;m willing to give it a shot. Overall though, I&#8217;m looking forward to a more serious side from White. He&#8217;s much better as a heel than when he&#8217;s trying campy babyface comedy. White vs. Moxley should be fun.<\/p><div id=\"prowr-3927290158\" class=\"prowr-content-4 prowr-entity-placement\" role=\"region\" aria-label=\"Advertisements\"><!-- Tag ID: prowrestling_incontent_2 -->\r\n<div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"prowrestling_incontent_2\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"prowrestling_incontent_2\", slotId: \"prowrestling_incontent_2\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>Lexy Nair was backstage with Kyle O&#8217;Reilly, Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong, and Willow Nightingale. O&#8217;Reilly addressed White and said he was going to take the knife out of Cassidy&#8217;s back and cut the head off the snake. He said it would be the last night for Last Outfit.<\/p>\n<p>A video previewed the upcoming match between FTR and the Motor City Machine Guns.<\/p>\n<p><b>1. &#8220;Motor City Machine Guns&#8221; Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin vs. &#8220;FTR&#8221; Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler (w\/Stokely Hathaway) in the second match of the best-of-five series (MCMG lead 1-0). <\/b>The early part of the match was all chain wrestling combined with offense by the Machine Guns. Sabin dove between Shelley&#8217;s legs onto Harwood and Wheeler on the floor. [C]<\/p>\n<p>The heels were working over Shelley, who made the hot tag to Sabin. Tons of action down the stretch with a series of near falls on Wheeler. At one point, Hathaway attempted to interfere, but Shelley rammed Hathaway and Harwood&#8217;s heads together. Shelley immediately walked into a Shatter Machine for a near fall that was broken up by Sabin. The finish saw Shelley attempt a victory roll on Wheeler, but Wheeler turned it into a pin. Wheeler held the rope for leverage, while Hathaway held Shelley&#8217;s leg.<\/p>\n<p><i> &#8220;FTR&#8221; Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler defeated &#8220;Motor City Machine Guns&#8221; Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin in 16:16 in the second match of the best-of-five series (The series is tied 1-1).<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b><u>Don&#8217;s Take:<\/u><\/b> This lived up to my expectations despite the cheap finish. I expect this series to go all the way to Full Gear with a fifth and deciding match.<\/p>\n<p>A video recapped the events from Dynamite between the Don Callis Family, Will Ospreay, Adam Copeland, Darby Allin, Steven Borden, and the Young Bucks, to set up Blood and Guts on November 4.<\/p>\n<p>Ospreay, Copeland, Allin, Borden, and the Bucks were backstage after Dynamite. Ospreay said that no one on his team was going to submit or surrender. He asked Copeland if he was going to submit or surrender and told Copeland that he needed the Copeland he grew up with. Copeland said he swam in blood and guts and would sweep the Callis Family so bad that their children would feel it. [C]<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Shane Taylor, Carlie Bravo, Shawn Dean and Trish Adora (w\/Christyan XO) vs. Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia, and Marina Shafir. <\/b>The two sides brawled at the bell in and around the ring. The first part of the match was all Death Riders, who worked over Dean right into the break. [C]<\/p>\n<p>The heels worked over Garcia, who made the hot tag to Castagnoli. Castagnoli trapped Dean in the big swing before also taking out Bravo and Taylor. Shafir and Adora tagged in, with Shafir getting the better of the exchange. Garcia locked Bravo in the sharpshooter while Moxley delivered the stomp. Shafir locked Adora in the Brutalizer for the submission.<\/p><div id=\"prowr-1654252017\" class=\"prowr-content-5 prowr-entity-placement\" role=\"region\" aria-label=\"Advertisements\"><!-- Tag ID: prowrestling_incontent_3 -->\r\n<div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"prowrestling_incontent_3\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"prowrestling_incontent_3\", slotId: \"prowrestling_incontent_3\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p><i>Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia, and Marina Shafir defeated Shane Taylor, Carlie Bravo, Shawn Dean, and Trish Adora in 9:56.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>After the match, Moxley took the mic and said that Jay White thinks he started a war, but they&#8217;ve been at war for a long time against everyone. He said that White made a move and it was a good one. Now, it&#8217;s his move&#8230; [C]<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Don&#8217;s Take:<\/u><\/b> The match itself was fairly routine, but I liked the post-match promo setting up future matches against White&#8217;s new faction.<\/p>\n<p><b>3. Josh Alexander (w\/Trent Beretta, Rocky Romero) vs. Blade Brown.<\/b> Beretta and Romero joined the announce team. This was a squash with Alexander hitting the C4 Spike on Brown, followed by the ankle lock submission.<\/p>\n<p><i>Josh Alexander defeated Blade Brown in 0:55 seconds.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>[Hour Two]<\/b> After the match, Alexander took the mic and put over Don Callis and the Callis Family. Alexander challenged Darby Allin to a match on Dynamite for Allin&#8217;s TNT Title. He then noted that Adam Copeland lived in North Carolina and would love to fight him, but he wasn&#8217;t there.<\/p>\n<p>This brought out Copeland, who took out Beretta and Romero with spears. Copeland went after Alexander but was taken out by Jake Doyle and Mark Davis. Alexander continued the beatdown as the Callis Family stood tall.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Don&#8217;s Take:<\/u><\/b> This was fine to further the build to Blood and Guts, while setting up Allin vs. Alexander for Dynamite.<\/p>\n<p>A video recapped &#8220;Speedball&#8221; Mike Bailey vs. Ilja Dragunov this past week on Dynamite.<\/p>\n<p><b>4. Myron Reed vs. Swerve Strickland (w\/Prince Nana).<\/b> Dezmond Xavier came out with Reed and then went to the back. Strickland attacked before the bell with the House Call kick. The referee checked Reed, who still wanted the match, and called for the bell. \u00a0Reed got in some offense, but Strickland hit a brain buster heading into the break. [C]<\/p>\n<p>Reed had a flurry of offense down the stretch. Reed missed a move, allowing Strickland to hit the Vertebreaker, followed by the Swerve Stomp for the win.<\/p>\n<p><i>Swerve Strickland defeated Myron Reed in 10:56.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b><u>Don&#8217;s Take:<\/u><\/b> I like that they&#8217;re making Strickland more serious and aggressive, but I question having him take a lot of offense from Reed. Given the current direction, this match went on about four minutes longer than it should have.<\/p>\n<p><b>5. Mike Bailey and Andrade El Idolo vs. Steve Allen and Robert Allen.<\/b> This was a squash match. Bailey hit Steve Allen with the Time Adventure spinning kick.<\/p>\n<p><i>Mike Bailey and Andrade El Idolo defeated Steve Allen and Robert Allen in 1:54.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>After the match, El Idolo went to take a selfie with a female at ringside. Tommaso Ciampa took the woman&#8217;s phone and hit El Idolo with it. Bailey ran Ciampa off. [C]<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Don&#8217;s Take:<\/u><\/b> I guess the feud between El Idolo and Ciampa isn&#8217;t over. As I have said, if anyone can make the National Championship relevant, it&#8217;s Ciampa.<\/p>\n<p><b>6. Megan Bayne and Lena Kross vs. Harley Cameron and Kris Statlander.<\/b>This was even to start, but the heels gained the advantage heading into the break. [C]<\/p>\n<p>The heels worked over Cameron, who eventually made the hot tag to Statlander. Down the stretch, Statlander went for a top rope splash on Kross, but Thekla, Julia Hart and Skye Blue ran out. Blue pushed Statlander off the top rope and the referee called for the bell.<\/p>\n<p><i>Harley Cameron and Kris Statlander defeated Megan Bayne and Lena Kross by disqualification in 10:40.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Thekla, Hart, and Blue attacked Statlander, with Thekla whipping her with her belt. Willow Nightingale ran out to chase off the heels, but she was attacked. Cameron and Statlander tried to even the odds but were taken out by Bayne and Kross. [C]<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Don&#8217;s Take:<\/u><\/b> I&#8217;m guessing this is building toward the Women&#8217;s Blood and Guts match. I also wouldn&#8217;t be surprised if Bayne\/Kross and Hart\/Blue were added to the Women&#8217;s Tag Team Title match at Full Gear.<\/p>\n<p>Lexy Nair was backstage with Willow Nightingale, Kris Statlander, and Harley Cameron. Nightingale said she got off the phone with the Brawling Birds, and they&#8217;re in for Blood and Guts against Thekla, Julia Hart, Sky Blue, Megan Bayne, and Lena Kross.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Don&#8217;s Take:<\/u><\/b> And there it is&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><b>7. Jay White vs. Kyle O&#8217;Reilly.<\/b> Orange Cassidy and Roderick Strong accompanied O&#8217;Reilly to the stage before heading to the back. Slow pacing to start. The action went to the outside where O&#8217;Reilly missed a charge at White and dropped a knee on a steel chair. White continued to work on the injured knee. [C]<\/p>\n<p>White continued to work on the knee. O&#8217;Reilly made a comeback but continued to sell the injury. O&#8217;Reilly went for the arm bar submission, but White went to the ankle\/knee area each time. O&#8217;Reilly tweaked the knee further when he missed a dive onto the floor. White hit a Blade Runner on the floor and then one in the ring for the win.<\/p>\n<p><i>Jay White defeated Kyle O&#8217;Reilly in 14:04.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>After the match, Cassidy and Strong tended to O&#8217;Reilly. Ace Austin, Juice Robinson, Colten Gunn, Austin Gunn, David Finlay, and Clark Connors took out Cassidy and Strong. They had Cassidy set up for a piledriver on the steps, but Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Marina Shafir, and Daniel Garcia ran out. Castagnoli threw Finlay out of the ring but was low-blowed by White. Moxley took out White with a Death Rider but was attacked by the rest of the group, who threw Moxley to the floor. In the ring, Cassidy took out the Gunns and dove onto everyone on the floor. In the ring, White set up Moxley for the Blade Runner, but Moxley reversed it. Cassidy went for the Orange Punch on White but hit Moxley by mistake. White then hit the Blade Runner on Cassidy to end the show.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Don&#8217;s Take:<\/u><\/b> I like that they doubled down on having the Last Outfit get the upper hand. They&#8217;re also creating friction among the babyfaces, which adds another layer to this. White was impressive in his first heel outing in some time.<\/p>\n<p>This was a good episode with some advancement toward both Blood and Guts and Full Gear. And we&#8217;re inching closer to the Continental Classic, which will add more relevant matches to the show.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s all for me for tonight.
