McKenzie Mitchell was the ring announcer. Gia Miller was the backstage interviewer…

The Hardy Boyz made their unnecessarily long entrance. A band called Primer 55 was shown in the crowd. Hannifan noted that the band traveled with Jeff Hardy’s band on a tour.

John’s Thoughts: Quick rant, I’d get it if there was a compelling story to it, but them taking time to come out to Broken Matt and Heel Jeff’s themes before going to their tag team theme feels like filler and doesn’t really add to their characters. I do like Matt bringing back the Matt Facts, though. That throwback is fun. I’d be more hyped if Matt came out to his Version 1 slap a tomato theme.

Matt took the mic and hyped how he and Jeff can end the night as tag team champions due to them cashing in their rematch clause. Jeff said “when” they beat the Nemeths in San Antonio, the titles will come home to the Hardys. Matt then addressed Syx trying to kill and end the Hardys. Matt said he’ll give them a title shot, and at BFG they’ll end Syx. Jeff said if Syx want to kill them, they better come out and try.

TNA Tag Team Champions Nic Nemeth and Ryan Nemeth made their entrances to confront the Hardys. Nic asked the Hardys, “Why won’t you die?” Nic ranted about how the world shouldn’t be focusing on Syx, and instead on the tag team champions. Ryan said Matt and Jeff might not make it to Bound for Glory.

Matt hyped how he and Jeff will take the titles from The Nemeths, and at BFG Leon Slater will take Nic’s title. Nic said The Nemeths will remain champions, and at BFG Leon Slater will learn that potential doesn’t win championships; being the best does. Leon Slater made his entrance. Hannifan reminded viewers that Leon and Nic have a no-contact clause until BFG.

Leon said Nic and Ryan are incomprehensible, like a couple of chatterboxes. Slater said what he does understand is how he and San Antonio can’t wait until Uncle Matt and Uncle Jeff take the titles from the Nemeths. Nic called Leon an idiot. Slater told Nic to ask Ryan how stupid he is when he boxed Ryan in the mouth after Ryan tried to jump him. Nic and Leon both argued about being stuck behind no-contact clauses.

Leon challenged Ryan to a fight since Ryan isn’t protected. Leon then said the no-contact clause isn’t protecting Leon; it’s protecting Nic. Leon said Nic will find out why they call him the youngest in charge. Leon then led the crowd in chanting “delete” at The Nemeths. Tom Hannifan noted that Leon Slater will be on guest commentary for the tag title match later…

Kiera Hogan and Allie accidentally ran into Zoey Serrano, causing a small pull-apart…[c]

John’s Thoughts: Sooooo, I liked the delivery of the segment. Leon Slater does have a thick British accent which takes some getting used to, but he’s very underrated as a promo. He was solid in his jabs. What takes this whole picture back for me is that this whole program has been extremely convoluted. This goes back to unnecessarily putting the tag titles on The Nemeths, and in hindsight, I was right about it being ineffective. Nic being stuck in programs with Matt and Jeff dragged him away from his world title program (Nic even having title matches against Matt and Jeff instead). Then, you shoehorn Syx into the program. Then, you put Slater in the Hardy’s little buddy role heading into his title match (He was back in fanboy mode with the Uncle Matt and Uncle Jeff reference).

Moose cut a promo where he said he was issuing an open challenge to anyone from anywhere…

Entrances for the next match took place…

1. Kiera hit Ki with a hip attack and basement roundhouse in the corner.

Kiera went for the pin, but sidestepped Gracia to send her into Ki. Allie tossed Gracia out of the way. She has a great look and is really talented. I’m surprised no one has signed her. Interesting move by TNA in recent months to have Allie and Kiera run through local talent as champs. On one hand, I don’t mind that as it is a decent shift away from their usual formula of only having two teams in the division. I wouldn’t mind them quickly moving the titles to Zoey and her mystery partner, as it would be an instant boost.

Frankie Kazarian was walking with Avery Styles backstage, coaching him about the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Match. Myers gave Frankie a shoulder tackle. Frankie tagged in Brian’s partner Bear. Instead of fighting, Bear forced a tag on Trey, and The System double-teamed him a bit.

Trey gave Bear a huracanrana and Suicide Dive. Wrestlers took turns taking dives to ringside. HTM gave the pile of wrestlers at ringside a Frog Splash while wearing a Tim Duncan jersey. [c]

AJ Francis gave his team the advantage by dragging Elijah to the mat by the hair. AJ reversed an Old School Destroyer with an Alabama Slam. Francis hit Elijah with the Flop Dolla Tennessee Whiskey. Alonzo went for a springboard move, but was caught by a Knee from Elias. Frankie tagged in and slammed Alonzo for a nearfall. Alonzo pie-faced Avery Styles at ringside.

Frankie hit Alonzo with a Slingshot Cutter for a nearfall. All eight men started brawling. Frankie slammed Alonzo to the mat. Avery got to the top rope while the referee was distracted and hit Alonzo with his dad’s signature Spiral Tap. Francis broke up Kazarian’s pin for a good nearfall. Trey and Francis tagged in. Trey and Francis traded counters, with Trey hitting Francis with a DDT.

The other wrestlers took turns trading signature moves. My guess is they do the Santino Marella Royal Rumble thing where Alonzo cuts a long promo on his way to the ring, only to get eliminated in a second or something (Which I actually think might be entertaining because I like Joe Alonzo’s mic work). What I did like from this match was how I didn’t care much about the match, only to get mildly surprised by Avery Styles giving us a taste of what he can do by doing his dad’s signature super finisher to give Uncle Frankie a good nearfall.

A strange vignette aired where Dutch and Vincent were trying to recruit Harley Hudson into their weirdo hippie cult. Harley kept refusing. Vincent tried to sweeten the pot by offering to help Harley win the Call Your Shot gauntlet. Harley seemed weary because they can always backstab her after assisting her…

It was time for the TNA Sponsored Injury Report. Indi Hartwell is out after getting attacked by Zoey Serrano and Xia Brookside last week (continuity-wise, Indi did seem fine on Tuesday when she dominated Xia. Mustafa Ali noted that Santino Marella enacted a no-contact clause between them to keep the peace. Ali said once they all cross the line, there’s no coming back. Ali said this is their last chance to fall in line. Ali said now’s the time if anyone wants to say something. Jason Hotch brought up Ali harassing his wife and putting fear in his daughter’s spine.

Hotch said before getting on the plane to head to San Antonio, his daughter told him to “Hurt Ali”. Hotch said the fact that those words were on her mind makes Hotch sick. Hotch said his only regret was putting Ali in the hospital, because he should have gone further and put Ali in the grave. John Skyler talked about how he was the most loyal member in Order 4 and considered them all family. He said he has a new family, sending Mila Moore a glare.

Skyler said he had one thing he always wanted to tell Ali: that he finds Ali an obnoxious and overbearing asshole. Skyler threw down his Order 4 lapel pin to the table. Tasha Steelz said there’s a lot she and Agent Zero would like to say, but they showed last week exactly how they felt. Tasha said she and Zero sacrificed time and time again to make sure Ali stayed victorious and as champion. Tasha said, “F— that” (censored).

Tasha said Agent Zero will end Bound for Glory as the new International Champion. Tasha even threw in an added “f–k ya’ll” for good measure. Ali called everyone in the room ungrateful swine and worthless pigs. Ali said only everyone’s mothers knew them before Ali made them famous. Ali said they all owe him their lives. He said he’s going to end, hurt, and destroy what he created at Bound for Glory. Ali said it will always be “In Ali [I] Trust”. A final shot of the International Title and the Order 4 lapel pins were shown…

John’s Thoughts: Awesome stuff to definitely set up what has been the best storyline in TNA over most of this year, and this is the sequel version too, as the Order 4 fake breakup angle at Slammiversary 2025 was the best feud in TNA at that time. One X-Factor here was that I liked that Tasha Steelz got mic time. It always baffles me how much they underutilize her. Her stepping up as Agent Zero’s handler has me kinda hoping he wins so Tasha can get more shine? I also wouldn’t mind Mustafa Ali continuing his reign of terror. The cinematic nature and nuanced storytelling have Mustafa Ali’s fingerprints all over it, and every wrestling company should back up the Brink’s truck to sign this man for life.

An ad aired to hype up ODB entering the TNA Hall of Fame…

Entrances for the next match took place. Indi talked about flying over her family last year at Bound for Glory, only to have them see her fail to bring the Knockouts Title back to TNA from NXT. She said it was embarrassing after putting them through that after flying on a plane for 30 hours. The promo cut to Xia Brookside, where she stressed that Indi embarrassed TNA. Indi said her failure and embarrassment have been fuel for her. She said she took her time to get that opportunity to get a chance again.

Xia mocked Indi for being a sob story and being nothing more than a manipulative bitch. She talked about manipulating Santino and getting Daria Rae suspended. Indi said she’s been doing things the right way while Xia betrayed her best friend. Indi said she wasn’t stopped after all of Daria’s roadblocks. Xia talked about knowing what it takes to be a champion: showing up, going through no DQ matches, going through steel cages. Indi said Xia knows that she’s her biggest threat.

Indi talked about how Xia hides behind people and cheating. Indi said we can all see through her act. The show closed with Nic Nemeth chuckling up the ramp…

John’s Thoughts: Ewwwww. Delirious! Hunter J! You’re supposed to be the common sense guy, and I’ve been liking your work as of late with the youth movement and whatnot. What is this LOLTNA BS? I was already down on this whole program because of the weird decision to put the tag belts on the Nemeths heading into Bound for Glory. Then they put the Nemeths on a side quest with the Hardys, putting Leon Slater in little buddy mode. Top that off with bad light show antics.

They should have built a tag title feud between Syx and The Hardys, and it would have made a lot more sense all across the board. It’s almost like they’re trying to get one last match out of Slater on his way out, and the real big match is between Nic Nemeth and Jeff Hardy at a future PPV. Weird. What’s funny is I thought this was a decent enough go-home show because a lot of the other builds look decent. Order 4 is really carrying the load for TNA’s storytelling at this point.
