B\/R partners with the world\u2019s biggest leagues and properties including the NFL, NCAA, MLB, NHL and NBA, to bring fans closer to their favorite athletes, teams and moments. Adding WWE to its portfolio reflects B\/R\u2019s broader strategy to serve fans across the full spectrum of sports and sports culture, particularly around properties that inspire passionate, year-round conversation.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond highlights, Bleacher Report will have a ringside presence at select WWE PLEs, with B\/R and House of Highlights content teams capturing original storytelling, talent-driven content and behind-the-scenes moments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWWE fans don\u2019t just watch. They are highly engaged, analyze every detail and debate the sport all week long. That\u2019s exactly the kind of passionate fandom B\/R and House of Highlights were built for,\u201d said Bennett Spector, General Manager, Bleacher Report. \u201cThis partnership gives us the opportunity to bring fans closer to the biggest moments happening today while also tapping into the incredible history and personalities that have made WWE part of sports culture for generations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bleacher Report has long been at the intersection of sports and culture,\u201d said Alex Varga, EVP, WWE. &#8220;Our partnership with B\/R reinforces WWE\u2019s commitment to bringing our content to a global audience.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>WWE coverage will begin rolling out across Bleacher Report and House of Highlights platforms leading into WWE <i>Money in the Bank<\/i>\u00a0on Saturday, October 10.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Powell&#8217;s POV:<\/strong><\/span> My first reaction was that this doesn&#8217;t look good for AEW, whose deal with WBD runs through 2027, along with WBD holding a one-year renewal option. However, Josh Nason of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.f4wonline.com\/news\/aew\/wwe-bleacher-report-media-deal-aew-affects\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">F4wonline.com<\/a> spoke with a WBD spokesperson, who noted that B\/R is part of TNT Sports, a separate division within WBD.
