So, in this review, I&#8217;m popping in on multiple recent indy shows and watching just a few matches from each show that interest me. The reality is that I wasn&#8217;t going to get to watch every match from every one of these shows! I picked out matches with top names we&#8217;ve seen on TV, some top indy names, and WWE ID prospects.<\/p>\n<p>* In this roundup, I picked out\u00a0<b><i>ten<\/i><\/b>\u00a0matches from across\u00a0<b><i>six<\/i><\/b>\u00a0different recent indy shows.<\/p>\n<p><u><b>House of Glory &#8220;Fall Out&#8221; at the Globe Theatre in Los Angeles, California, on September 4, 2026 (free on\u00a0<\/b><\/u><u><b>YouTube<\/b><\/u>.)<\/p>\n<p>When this show went on the air live Friday, they had internet issues, causing the first match to not stream adequately. HOG reposted video of the entire show Saturday morning. So, here is the\u00a0first match I was unable to watch.<\/p>\n<p>* Billy Gunn and Road Dogg Brian James were present at ringside and were confronted by 5150.<\/p>\n<p><b>&#8220;5150&#8221; Danny Limelight and Slice Boogie vs. Samuel Shaw and Joseph Sawyer.<\/b>\u00a0The former\u00a0<i>Dexter Lumis<\/i>\u00a0has returned to his Samuel Shaw name, and Sawyer was formerly known as\u00a0<i>Joe<\/i>\u00a0<i>Gacy.<\/i> The former Wyatt Family members slid into the ring, attacked 5150, and all four immediately brawled to the floor. In the ring, Sawyer and Shaw hit stereo uranages. Sawyer scooped up Shaw and powerbombed him across 5150 at 2:00. James and Gunn got in the ring and hugged 5150.\u00a0<i>The ref called for the bell at 3:26<\/i>! Shaw and Limelight opened. Shaw hit a monkey-flip.<\/p>\n<p>Limelight hit a dropkick on Sawyer at 5:30. Boogie hit a bodyslam on Shaw, and Danny hit a slingshot senton, and they kept Shaw in their corner. Danny accidentally struck Boogie! Sawyer was pulled off the ring apron so he couldn&#8217;t tag in. Boogie hit a back suplex on Shaw at 8:30, and Danny slowed him in a headlock. Shaw finally hit a back suplex on Danny, and they were both down. Sawyer got a hot tag and hit a handspring-back-clothesline. Danny hit a double stomp at 10:30. Shaw hit another back suplex on Boogie. He suplexed Danny, with Gacy catching Danny and turning it into a powerbomb for the pin. I&#8217;m glad I tuned in for that!<\/p>\n<p><i>Samuel Shaw and Joseph Sawyer defeated\u00a0&#8220;5150&#8221; Danny Limelight and Slice Boogie at 11:14\/official time of 7:48.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><u><b>Power Pro Lucha &#8220;Attack On Trios, Night One&#8221; in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Friday, September 4, 2026 (IWTV)<\/b><\/u><\/p><div id=\"prowr-2778297831\" class=\"prowr-content-4 prowr-entity-placement\"><!-- Tag ID: prowrestling_incontent_2 -->\r\n<div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"prowrestling_incontent_2\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"prowrestling_incontent_2\", slotId: \"prowrestling_incontent_2\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>This is a trios tournament with 16 teams! Night one featured the eight first-round matches. It&#8217;s a nearly three-hour show, so I picked four bouts to watch. (The winners of those four matches will determine how much I watch of night 2!) I have seen several shows from this venue. It&#8217;s well-lit and attractive. It&#8217;s packed with maybe 150 in attendance.<\/p>\n<p><b>Emi Sakura and &#8220;Best Bros&#8221; Baliyan Akki and Mei Suruga vs. &#8220;The Colony&#8221; Electro Ant and Ultimo Ant and Thief Ant in a first-round tournament match.<\/b>\u00a0I don&#8217;t generally like comedy, but Best Bros always crack me up. This was the first match. Mei opened against the blue-outfit Electro Ant, and she hit a huracanrana. The pink Ultimo Ant bodyslammed Akki. Emi twisted the arm of the black-clad Thief Ant. Mei repeatedly stomped on Thief Ant at 3:30. Akki performed the &#8220;Dirty Dancing lift&#8221; on Mei and slammed her onto an opponent. Emi tied up Thief Ant and got the crowd repeating her singing as she tied him in a Surfboard.<\/p>\n<p>Electro Ant got back in and hit a Michinoku Driver on Akki at 6:00. The Colony worked over Akki and kicked him to the floor. Mei got in and hit a crossbody block and an armdrag. (She is only 4&#8217;10&#8221; but flies around the ring.) Emi hit a splash into the corner. Akki hit a backbreaker for a nearfall. Ultimo hit a double stomp on Akki&#8217;s gut for a nearfall at 9:00. Two Ants superkicked Emi! Mei grabbed their antennae! Mei and Electro Ant did some &#8216;chicken fighting.&#8217; Emi hit a backbreaker over her knee. Akki tossed Mei up for the Dolphin Press on Thief Ant, and Emi pinned Thief Ant! Fun match, and the team I was cheering for won! That&#8217;s how you start a show!<\/p>\n<p><i>Emi Sakura and &#8220;Best Bros&#8221; Baliyan Akki and Mei Suruga defeated &#8220;The Colony&#8221; Electro Ant, Ultimo Ant, and Thief Ant at 10:57 to advance.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8220;The High-Flying Star Machines&#8221; Diego Hill, Bojack, and BK Westbrook vs. Josh Fuller, Saul Esparza, and Mikey Banker in a first-round tournament match.<\/b> I&#8217;m a big fan of the HFSMachines; I don&#8217;t know their opponents at all. Bk opened against Esparza, who is short but pretty thick; he doesn&#8217;t have a lot of definition, but I bet he&#8217;s pretty strong. The massive Bojack entered at 2:30; Esparza&#8217;s partners refused to tag in! Bojack dropped Esparza with one loud chop! Diego hit a running Shooting Star Press on Saul.<\/p>\n<p>Banker entered &#8212; he&#8217;s a pretty thick guy &#8212; and he splashed onto Diego. Diego hit a huracanrana on Saul and some chops on Banker, then an impressive armdrag. Bojack got back in at 5:30 and hit a big bodyslam on Banker! BK hit a Lionsault. Bojack hit a massive senton! The scrawny, curly-haired Fuller got in. Banker splashed Bojack for a nearfall at 7:00! Bojack hit an STO uranage on the tiny Fuller! BK tagged back in and hit a springboard back double elbow. He hit a leaping neckbreaker on Banker, then a DDT-and-Flatliner combo on the other two.<\/p>\n<p>Saul clocked BK and got a nearfall at 9:00. The heels worked over BK in their corner. BK hit a Poison Rana on Saul at 10:30! Diego got the hot tag and hit some spin kicks on Fuller and Banker. He hit his handspring-back-spin kick and an enzuigiri on Banker. Banker dropped Diego with a clothesline, but Diego hit a top-rope double-back-elbow for a nearfall. Banker slammed Diego for a nearfall at 12:30, and everyone was down. Diego hit a running basement dropkick to Fuller&#8217;s face for the pin! My preferred team won again!<\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;The High-Flying Star Machines&#8221; Diego Hill, Bojack, and BK Westbrook defeated Josh Fuller, Saul Esparza, and Mikey Banker at 13:13 to advance.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8220;Team Lodestone&#8221; Janai Kai, Amira, and Brooke Havok vs. Cheeseburger, Erica Leigh, and Boar in a first-round tournament match.<\/b> I love that the women are honoring their training sessions with Bayley by\u00a0choosing that team name.\u00a0I think I&#8217;ve seen the masked Boar just once &#8212; in\u00a0this venue &#8212; and he&#8217;s tall and really thick. Janai had another match on ROH TV on Thursday. You might recall that Leigh was briefly paired with the Outrunners in ROH. She opened against Portland-based Amira, and Amira tried to persuade her to join the women&#8217;s team!<\/p>\n<p>They hugged, but Amira hit a belly-to-belly suplex on Erica!\u00a0Amira hit a rolling cannonball on Erica for a nearfall at 1:30, then a series of clotheslines in the corner. Leigh hit a snap suplex.\u00a0<i>Havok got in but almost tweaked her knee and rolled to the floor. Uh-oh&#8230;\u00a0<\/i>Cheeseburger tagged in and traded chops with Amira. Janai entered and hit a snap suplex. A commentator wondered if the women bonded and developed cohesion and &#8220;sisterhood&#8221; in those training sessions with Bayley.<\/p><div id=\"prowr-2222473789\" class=\"prowr-content-5 prowr-entity-placement\"><!-- Tag ID: prowrestling_incontent_3 -->\r\n<div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"prowrestling_incontent_3\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"prowrestling_incontent_3\", slotId: \"prowrestling_incontent_3\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>Boar entered and hit splashes in all the corners on each\u00a0woman and got\u00a0a nearfall at 5:30. Amira set up for a German Suplex but he shrugged her off. Moments later, she hit the German Suplex for a nearfall,\u00a0and that\u00a0got a nice pop.\u00a0Leigh hit some chops on Janai. Boar dropped Amira snake-eyes in the corner, then hit a Team 3D with Erica for the pin. Apparently Brooke Havok really got injured early in the match. She&#8217;s had no many knee issues, and this was a &#8216;non-contact&#8217; injury. I&#8217;m sure this match was cut short due to the injury.<\/p>\n<p><i>Cheeseburger, Erica Leigh, and Boar defeated\u00a0&#8220;Team Lodestone&#8221; Janai Kai, Amira, and Brooke Havok at 7:39.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Jonathan Gresham and &#8220;Violence is Forever&#8221; Kevin Ku and Dominic Garrini vs. Travis Huckabee and Myung-jae Lee and Ryan Mooney in a first-round tournament match.<\/b> I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ve seen Huckabee before; he&#8217;s bald, thick, and could pass for 1 Called Manders. He started, but he kicked away a handshake offer from Gresham, then those two locked up. Gresham tied up the right arm on the mat. Garrini tagged in at 3:30, and he also tied up Huckabee on the mat. He hit a series of hard chops. From the floor, Lee tripped Garrini, and it allowed Mooney to tie up Garrini&#8217;s left leg on the mat. Mooney&#8217;s team took turns working over Garrini.<\/p>\n<p>Garrini finally hit a German Suplex on Huckabee. Ku got a hot tag at 8:00, and he traded chops with Lee. He hit a release suplex on Mooney, then flying kicks in three separate corners. He hit a powerbomb on Huckabee for a nearfall. Gresham hit a diving forearm strike on Huckabee, and Ku got a nearfall. Huckabee&#8217;s team hit stereo kicks on Ku in a corner. Lee hit a double stomp for a nearfall at 10:30. Gresham and Huckabee traded forearm strikes! Gresham hit an enzuigiri. Garrini hit a running knee on Huckabee, then one on Mooney. Lee hit an enzuigiri on Garrini, but Dominik hit a clothesline on Lee.<\/p>\n<p>Lee kicked Ku on the back, and Huckabee hit a headbutt on Ku. Lee hit a double stomp on Ku&#8217;s back. Huckabee put Ku in a Stretch Muffler at 14:00, but Kevin reached the ropes. Huckabee re-applied the move. Lee accidentally hit the ref while coming off the ropes!\u00a0<b>Harleen Lopez<\/b>\u00a0jumped on the apron, and she had a neck brace on. Huckabee shoved her. She removed the neck brace and punched him! Ku rolled up Huckabee for the tainted pin! Well, three of the four teams I wanted to see advance did so!<\/p>\n<p><i>Jonathan Gresham and &#8220;Violence is Forever&#8221; Kevin Ku and Dominic Garrini defeated Travis Huckabee, Myung-jae Lee, and Ryan Mooney at 16:05 to advance.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b><u>TWE &#8220;13 Years Strong, Night One&#8221; at the TWE Arena in Red Bank, Tenn., on August 28, 2026 (IWTV)<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>This show was released this week. The main event was a deathmatch between Jamesen Shook and Shean Christopher. I watched the mid-show main event. This is the dark building I always describe as looking like an underground military bunker.<\/p>\n<p><b>Darian Bengston vs. Tim Bosby (w\/Dylan Hales) vs. Isaiah Broner vs.\u00a0&#8220;The Wall&#8221; Tyler Stevens in a four-way for the Action Title\u00a0<u>AND<\/u>\u00a0the Naptown All Pro Title.<\/b> Bengston beat Bosby to win the Action Title; I don&#8217;t know who he beat to win the Naptown belt, but he&#8217;s a double champ. Broner and Stevens have been feuding going back to the Scenic City Invitational tournament earlier this summer. The Wall is like a younger Big Cass. Broner dropped Bengston before the bell with a headbutt! The ref called for the bell and we&#8217;re underway! Tyler dropped Bosby with a hard chop.\u00a0Stevens hip-tossed Bosby across the ring.<\/p>\n<p>This was a game of one-upsmanship, as Broner gave Bosby a hip-toss across the ring. The groggy Darian got up, but everyone hit chops on him. Bengston hit a huracanrana.\u00a0Bengston applied an ankle lock. Tyler hit a pump kick to break it up. Broner and Stevens fought in the corner. Bengston pushed two guys to the floor, and he tied Broner in an STF.\u00a0Meanwhile, Bosby slammed Stevens back-first on the apron, rolled him into the ring, and got a nearfall at 7:00.\u00a0Bosby hit an STF on Stevens. Broner hit a headbutt on\u00a0Bosby, and he tossed Tim onto Stevens!<\/p>\n<p>Bengston hit a Whisper in the Wind on Broner, and suddenly all four were down. Bengston got a rollup on Bosby, and he applied the Makabe Lock (his version of a Cattle Mutilation), but Stevens broke it up. Stevens hit a uranage on Bengston for a nearfall. Hales threw the loaded backpack at Tyler&#8217;s back at 10:00! Stevens rolled to the floor and approached Hales! Broner and Stevens brawled to the back!\u00a0In the ring, Bosby struck Bengston with the loaded backpack! He nailed an F5 for a believable nearfall! Those two traded rollups. Bengston again applied the Makabe Lock, and Bosby tapped out. Good action.<\/p>\n<p><i>Darian Bengston defeated Tim Bosby, Isaiah Broner, and &#8220;The Wall&#8221; Tyler Stevens in a four-way to retain both the Action Title\u00a0<u>AND<\/u>\u00a0the Naptown All Pro Title at 12:18.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><u><b>ProSouth Wrestling &#8220;Recharged&#8221; in Piedmont, Alabama, on September 4, 2026 (live and free on YouTube)<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<p>I admittedly had not heard of nearly everyone on this show, but I wanted to check out the main event. This is a very small, dark room. It&#8217;s so small that fans are seated on only two sides of the ring, as the ring is essentially pushed into a corner of the room.\u00a0Google Maps shows that Piedmont is east of Birmingham; it is almost the same driving distance (about 90 minutes) to Atlanta as it is to Birmingham.<\/p>\n<p><b>Avery Styles vs. Ayden Andrews.<\/b>\u00a0Styles wore green pants. My first time seeing Ayden, who is probably closer to 30 than 20. He has short dark hair and a mustache and a scruffy beard coming in. Ayden&#8217;s heel manager tripped Avery; the ref immediately ejected him! Ayden knocked him down with a shoulder tackle. Styles hit a picture-perfect dropkick at 2:30 that sent Ayden to the floor to regroup. Avery hit a flip dive to the floor. A commentator felt obliged to say that Avery &#8220;is truly phenomenal.&#8221; They got back into the ring, and Avery hit a snap Northern Lights Suplex for a nearfall.<\/p>\n<p>Avery set up for a Styles Clash, but Ayden pushed Avery back-first into the corner, and he stomped on the kid at 4:00 and choked Styles in the ropes. Ayden hit some chops. &#8220;Welcome to the business, kid!&#8221; a commentator said. Ayden kept Styles grounded for several minutes. He hit a Death Valley Driver for a nearfall at 8:30. Avery got a sunset flip for a nearfall. Avery missed a 450 Splash. Ayden immediately hit a running knee for a nearfall, and they were both down at 11:00. They both went for enzuigiris and were down again.<\/p>\n<p>They got up and traded forearm strikes. Styles hit a Pele Kick. A woman named &#8220;Harley Haven&#8221; ran to ringside and tripped Styles as he was on the turnbuckles, causing him to fall and be crotched. Ayden immediately hit a Rollins-style Stomp for the tainted pin. A commentator said that Avery Styles &#8220;lived up to the hype.&#8221; The talent is definitely there.<\/p>\n<p><i>Ayden Andrews defeated Avery Styles at 12:47.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><u><b>Freelance Wrestling &#8220;Bonesaw&#8221; at Logan Square Auditorium in Chicago, Illinois, on Friday, September 4, 2026 (IWTV)<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<p>I love watching wrestling shows from this two-level ballroom. It has a high ceiling, and a crowd of 350 or so always looks great here. I watched two of the seven matches.<\/p>\n<p><b>&#8220;SMS&#8221; Shazza McKenzie and Mason Morgan and Sean Login vs. Chico Suave and Izzy Moreno and Kylie Rae.<\/b> Shazza just appeared on TNA on Thursday. Again, Kylie JUST returned to action from giving birth to her second child. Talented teen Izzy opened against Shazza, and they shoved each other. Login entered to face Izzy, but she shoved him to the mat, too. She hit a running basement kick and a Northern Lights Suplex for a nearfall. Chico entered at 1:30 to fight Login. He slammed teammate Izzy onto Login for a nearfall. Login rolled to the floor to regroup.<\/p>\n<p>The flamboyant Morgan jumped in, and he clocked Kylie with a punch! He danced a bit before going for a cover at 4:00. Mason hit a fallaway slam. The heels hit stereo running kicks in a corner on Kylie, and Shazza made the cover for a nearfall at 5:30. Shazza threw Kylie head-first into the boots of her teammates in their corner. Shazza tied Kylie in the ropes and hit her with Yes Kicks to the chest. Izzy got a hot tag at 8:00, and she hit a series of clotheslines and was fired up! She hit a flying crossbody block on Mason for a nearfall.<\/p>\n<p>Shazza tagged back in and hit a double-noggin-knocker. She stood on her teammates&#8217; shoulders and splashed onto Izzy. Shazza tied Suave in a Cobra Twist, but he eventually hit a sideslam for a nearfall at 11:00. The ref got blinded. A person in a blue costume hopped into the ring and helped attack Login. Shazza grabbed a title belt, but the ref confiscated it. As the ref put the belt away, Shazza hit a low-blow punt kick on Suave for the tainted pin. A fun match, but I still would have preferred just a three-way between the women.<\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;SMS&#8221; Shazza McKenzie, Mason Morgan, and Sean Login defeated Chico Suave, Izzy Moreno, and Kylie Rae at 12:05.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b><u>&#8220;The Syndicate&#8221; Shane Mercer and Davey Bang and August Matthews (w\/ James Russo) vs. Pretty Ricky and Puf and Ricks<\/u>.<\/b> I don&#8217;t know Ricks; he wore a comical yellow mask, and it could be anyone. The Syndicate attacked from behind, and we&#8217;re underway! The babyfaces knocked them to the floor. Ricks hit a baseball slide dropkick onto the heels, then a flip dive over the ropes onto them. The 350+ Puf set up for a dive, but\u00a0<i>he hit the ropes, and they buckled<\/i>! That wasn&#8217;t a planned spot!<\/p>\n<p>Mercer picked up someone and hit a Gorilla Press to the floor onto everyone.\u00a0All six guys fought on the floor. (<i>All<\/i><i>\u00a0three ropes were really loose now. No one should try a springboard move!<\/i>) In the ring, the heels worked over Pretty Ricky Willdy in their corner. The masked Ricks got a hot tag at 6:00, and he hit a stunner, then a running Shooting Star Press for a nearfall on Bang. (Okay, not many guys can do that!) Bang hit a gutbuster over his knee on Ricks. Puf re-entered and hit some jab punches on Bang and Matthews.<\/p>\n<p>Puf splashed Bang in the corner, then hit a suplex. The powerhouse Mercer entered at 7:30 and confronted Puf! Mercer couldn&#8217;t get his hands around Puf&#8217;s waist, but he still was able to hit a German Suplex. Mercer got Puf up for a Samoan Drop! Such power! Pretty Ricky hit a Michinoku Driver on Mercer. Willdy suplexed Matthews. Suddenly all six were down at 9:00. Bang and Pretty Ricky fought up onto the entrance stage, and Ricky applied the Testicular Claw.<\/p>\n<p>Ricks climbed the loose ropes! Mercer met him on the ropes and hit the Moonsault and Battery (second-rope moonsault fallaway slam)!! That seemed a bit dangerous, as he got no push-off from the ropes. Puf took off his Croc sandal and struck Matthews with it. August raked Puf&#8217;s eyes! Russo struck Puf across the forehead with a tag title belt. It allowed Matthews to get a rollup for the cheap pin.<\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;The Syndicate&#8221; Shane Mercer, Davey Bang, and August Matthews defeated Pretty Ricky and Puf and Ricks at 12:19.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><u><b>Pro Wrestling Supershow &#8220;Super Slam&#8221; in Braintree, Massachusetts, on August 21, 2026 (IWTV)<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<p>These family-friendly shows always draw a packed crowd of 150 to 200 fans here, and the production is pretty good.\u00a0<i>PWS&#8217; biggest drawback is the lack of commentary.<\/i> This particular lineup was almost entirely comprised of newer, younger names. Tommy Dreamer was in one match I skipped, and Wave and Curls were in another match. (Waves and Curls are inexplicably heels here, and it just doesn&#8217;t work. The crowd wants to cheer them!) So, I watched the main event.<\/p>\n<p><b>DJ Powers vs. Anthony Greene for the PWS New England Title.<\/b>\u00a0They jawed at the bell and finally locked up 30 seconds in. They tied up on the mat, with Powers applying a leg lock around Greene&#8217;s neck. Powers hit a shoulder tackle at 3:00, and he threw Greene to the floor. In the ring, Greene hit some armdrags. They were setting a pace to go long.\u00a0Greene hit a series of chops. He hit a bodyslam for a nearfall at 6:30. They fought to the floor, and Powers threw Greene head-first into the ring post. They looped ringside, with Powers hitting some chops.<\/p>\n<p>In the ring, Powers remained in charge. He hit an Irish Whip at 10:00. Greene hit a suplex at 12:00, and they were both down. Anthony was selling pain in his neck. Greene hit a running neckbreaker, and he was fired up! He set up for a piledriver, but Powers escaped. Powers hit a Pedigree for a nearfall. Greene dove through the ropes onto Powers at 14:00. In the ring, Greene slammed him for a nearfall. Greene hit a Styles Clash for a nearfall at 16:00. They got up and traded chops.<\/p>\n<p>Powers hit a superkick. Greene hit a superkick and a swinging slam, dropping Powers stomach first. DJ hit a neckbreaker over his knee and a Claymore Kick for a nearfall, and they were both down at 19:30. Awesome sequence. They got on the ring apron and traded kicks. Greene hit a Tombstone Piledriver on the apron, and Powers collapsed to the floor at 21:30. In the ring, Powers hit a Tombstone Piledriver for a nearfall! The ref got bumped! DJ grabbed his belt, swung and missed.<\/p>\n<p>They traded rollups. Powers shoved the ref! Greene hit a back suplex, and the ref made a three-count! Greene popped up and celebrated, thinking he won the title! BUT WAIT! Powers got a shoulder up, but Greene did not! The ref raised Powers&#8217; hand in victory! Even DJ was a bit shocked that he won. (It was the right call; it was evident in real time.) Good action. Greene got on the mic and berated Powers and challenged him to another match on September 18.<\/p>\n<p><i>DJ Powers defeated Anthony Greene to retain the PWS New England Title at 25:43.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Final Thoughts:<\/b> Some fun matches, and I caught up on a lot of brand new matches today. Yes, I had my four favorite teams in that trios tournament, and with three of them moving on, I&#8217;ll check out their second-round matches. (None of them face off in the second round, so all three could, in theory, advance to the semifinals!)\u00a0NOTE: A lot of the wrestlers in the trios tournament also competed on a &#8220;<b>Labor of Love<\/b>&#8221; show last week in Philadelphia, which is available on YouTube. I turned that Labor of Love show on, could barely see anything, and turned it off. Lighting matters!<\/p>\n<p>That was just the third match I&#8217;ve seen from Avery Styles. He is still pretty raw and green, but the potential is there.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll reiterate that Izzy Moreno has not faced Kylie Rae in a singles match yet, and that is the direction that Freelance should be heading, not random intergender matches.<\/p>\n<p>I really wish that Pro Wrestling Superstars would get commentary, even if it&#8217;s in post-production. They have good cameras and do a good job filming the show, but I think a lot more fans would tune in if there was commentary as well.<\/p>\n<div id=\"prowr-510106918\" class=\"prowr-after-content
