Mauro Ranallo and Don Callis provided commentary.<\/p>\n<p>*\u00a0<b>Shotzi Blackheart<\/b>\u00a0appeared on the black-and-white screen, and she helped &#8216;revive&#8217;\u00a0<b>PCO<\/b>!\u00a0Shotzi did not participate in the tapings for episodes 1-6 (recorded in mid-June). They headed to the ring!<\/p>\n<p><b>1. Shotzi Blackheart and PCO vs. Taylor Rising and Kris Chambers.<\/b>\u00a0Taylor and Kris got the &#8216;already in the ring&#8217; treatment.\u00a0The guys immediately\u00a0brawled, and PCO threw Kris off the apron and onto the entrance ramp. Shotzi clotheslined Taylor to the floor. Kris got back in, but PCO bodyslammed him. PCO grabbed Shotzi and bodyslammed her onto Kris! Shotzi dove through the ropes onto both heels at 1:30. PCO dove onto Kris! [C]<\/p>\n<p>As we returned from the three-second break, Taylor hit a German Suplex on Shotzi. Mauro told us that PCO is down from a dive that occurred during the break. Taylor hit a pumphandle sideslam for a nearfall at 3:00. Shotzi hit a standing neckbreaker, and both women were down. Kris tagged in, but Shotzi hit two clotheslines on him, then she suplexed Kris into the corner. She hit her rolling cannonball. Shotzi hit a tornado DDT for a nearfall at 4:30.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor tagged back in (Kris actually never landed a single blow on Shotzi), and Taylor hit a stiff kick to Shotzi&#8217;s spine. The crowd rallied for Shotzi. We still haven&#8217;t seen PCO since the commercial break. Shotzi tied her in a modified Tarantula at 6:30, then a superplex and a top-rope senton splash for the pin. Was PCO legit injured? She won the second half of the match without him.<\/p>\n<p><i>Shotzi Blackheart and PCO defeated Taylor Rising and Kris Chambers at 7:41.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>* ROH original Dan Maff jumped in the ring (he also wasn&#8217;t on the first two tapings!) and he hit a Burning Hammer on Shotzi! Mauro said Maff has prior issues with PCO.<\/p>\n<p>* A video aired with Josh Alexander. He said he had knee surgery on April 1 and was told he might be out for the rest of the year. We saw footage of him training on a stationary bike and lifting weights to get back into ring shape.<\/p><div id=\"prowr-3255542323\" class=\"prowr-content-4 prowr-entity-placement\"><!-- Tag ID: prowrestling_incontent_2 -->\r\n<div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"prowrestling_incontent_2\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"prowrestling_incontent_2\", slotId: \"prowrestling_incontent_2\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p><b>2. Rudra vs. D-Man Parker.<\/b>\u00a0Rudra was known as Bhupinder\u00a0Gujjar,\u00a0but he is looking more savage and playing up his islander roots. Parker could pass as a cousin of Alex Shelley, and he got the &#8216;already in the ring&#8217; treatment, too. Rudra hit a dropkick. Parker slapped him and celebrated, but it only made Rudra fired up. Rudra hit a second-rope spear for the pin.<\/p>\n<p><i>Rudra defeated D-Man Parker at 2:07.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>* Dan Maff cut a backstage promo, letting PCO know he&#8217;s back. PCO appeared and attacked Maff from behind, and they brawled.<\/p>\n<p>* Two guys were playing cards outside &#8212; it&#8217;s\u00a0<b>Judas Icarus<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<b>Travis Williams<\/b>! An unseen narrator told us an origin story for the Sinner and the Saint!<\/p>\n<p><b>3. Steve Maclin vs. Psycho Mike.<\/b>\u00a0Mike emerged from the back, but Maclin attacked him from behind. Maclin beat him up, and they got in the ring. The ref checked on Mike and called for the bell at 00:50 to officially begin.\u00a0Maclin hit a snap suplex and stomped on Mike. Mauro noted the recent death of Dory Funk (<i>giving<\/i><i>\u00a0us a sense of how recently this was recorded. I don&#8217;t think that was a &#8216;dubbed-in comment.&#8217;)<\/i> Mike nailed a spinebuster at 2:30.<\/p>\n<p>Mike was setting up for a bodyslam. However,\u00a0<b>Maff<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<b>PCO<\/b>\u00a0brawled onto the entrance stage, and it distracted Mike! Security separated those two.\u00a0It allowed Maclin to grab Mike and hit the KIA (double-arm DDT) for the cheap pin.<\/p>\n<p><i>Steve Maclin defeated Psycho Mike at 5:03.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>* Maclin got on the mic, and he listed off several of the top Canadian wrestlers in recent years, from Bret Hart and Chris Jericho, and ended by including Adam Copeland. He said that &#8220;Canada is nothing but a feeder system to the States.&#8221; He said that &#8220;Canada produces wrestlers, but the United States produces legends.&#8221; He dropped the mic and left.<\/p>\n<p>* We heard backstage from Priscilla Kelly. [C]<\/p>\n<p>* In a backstage segment,\u00a0<b>Rohan Raja<\/b>\u00a0wasn&#8217;t sure what&#8217;s next for him after losing the Champion&#8217;s Grail. Footage aired of him going to CMLL for an event in Mexico on August 7. <i>(That means he won&#8217;t be appearing on this taping at all!)<\/i><\/p><div id=\"prowr-3261697399\" class=\"prowr-content-5 prowr-entity-placement\"><!-- Tag ID: prowrestling_incontent_3 -->\r\n<div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"prowrestling_incontent_3\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"prowrestling_incontent_3\", slotId: \"prowrestling_incontent_3\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>* Mauro reminded us the October 3 event is sold out.<\/p>\n<p><b>4. MLP Women&#8217;s Champion Gisele Shaw vs. Priscilla Kelly vs. Dani Luna vs. Nikki Storm in a four-way non-title match.<\/b> Nikki Storm is former WWE wrestler\u00a0<i>Nikki Cross<\/i>. Where are the MLP originals? I like all four&#8230; but they all come from the WWE or TNA systems. It appears this is NOT a title match; the winner will pick a match of their choosing for the Oct. 3 show. Luna and Kelly fought while the others were on the floor. Luna hit an Exploder Suplex for a nearfall at 1:00. Kelly hit a huracanrana and a dropkick, then a dropkick as Dani was in the ropes. Nikki Storm dove off the top rope onto the others on the floor. [C]<\/p>\n<p>In the ring, Shaw hit a spinning back fist on Luna, then a Cradle Shock for a nearfall at 2:30. Shaw and Kelly traded kicks. Kelly hit a Blue Thunder Bomb on Shaw. Luna hit a powerbomb. Storm hit a swinging neckbreaker. Shaw hit a backbreaker over the knee on Kelly. Luna hit a flying kick, and suddenly everyone was down at 4:00! Shaw hit a spear on Dani, who rolled to the floor. Shaw and Kelly traded rollups. Kelly hit a half nelson suplex and was going for a cover, but Nikki was distracting the ref! Nikki jumped in to break up the pin. Nikki then covered Shaw for the pin!<\/p>\n<p><i>Nikki Storm defeated Gisele Shaw, Priscilla Kelly and Dani Luna at 5:58 in a non-title four-way match.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>* Mauro wondered if Storm will now challenge Shaw for the MLP Women&#8217;s Title in October.<\/p>\n<p>* During the main event, Mauro listed off some of what&#8217;s coming next week. Maclin will have an in-ring confrontation with Adam Copeland.\u00a0Zach Gowen will appear, as will Jody Threat (so another recent TNA member making the quick jump to Maple Leaf Pro).<\/p>\n<p><b>Final Thoughts:<\/b> A fine episode, but this really is starting to feel like a second TNA brand from a parallel universe that doesn&#8217;t cross over with our timeline&#8217;s TNA. Maclin, Alexander, PCO, Luna, Shaw, Jody Threat, Sinner, and Saint. Also, Gujjar never really caught on, but he too is ex-TNA. This episode just needed a mix of a few more Canadian stars, like Bryce Hansen and Brent Banks.<\/p>\n<p>The wrestling was all decent, although nothing must-see here.\u00a0PCO being unable to finish his tag match, but then doing the pull-apart brawls with Maff, felt strange. The Mauro and Callis commentary team is always a highlight.\u00a0Each episode\u00a0has clocked\u00a0in at 44 minutes, perfectly timed for an hour of broadcast TV.<\/p>\n<div id=\"prowr-3300295310\"
