Mike Rome was the ring announcer. Sarah Schreiber and Blake Howard were the backstage interviewers&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Entrances for the opening match took place&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Dion Lennox vs. Saquon Shugars in a Weaponized Steel Cage Match.<\/strong> Both men immediately traded hands to open the match. Shugars had the advantage initially. Shugars got control after beating down Shugars with a chair. Dion then tossed Shugars several times into the steel cage. Dion took off Saquon&#8217;s belt and started whipping Saquon with it. Dion power bombed Shugars on a steel chair.<\/p>\n<p>Dion worked on Saquon with methodical offense. Saquon chucked a trash can into the gut of Dion and then put the can over him. Shugars hit the can with the can lid while Dion was in it. Sasuon gave the can and Dion a Missile Dropkick for a nearfall. Saquon worked on Dion&#8217;s lower back with a steel chair. Dion got the advantage back with a throat shot. Dion set up a chair on top of a set up chair and then body slammed Saquon on it.[c]<\/p>\n<p>Back from break, Shugars tossed Dion several times into the steel cage to turn the tables on him. Saquon landed on his feet off a backdrop and gave Dion a diving crossbody. Shugars whipped Dion throat first into the tip of a kendo stick. Saquon slammed Dion for a two count. Dion tripped Saquon off the top rope to cause him to fall on a chair. Dion gave Saquon a spinebuster through a trash can for a nearfall.<\/p>\n<p>Dion used kendo sticks to hold a chair up against the cage. This allowed Saquon to recover and beat up Dion with a baseball bat. Dion chucked a chair into Saquon&#8217;s knee. Dion put Saquon in a tree of woe and hit Saquon in the knee cap for a nearfall. Dion put Saquon in a bat assisted Deathlock. Saquon used a trash lid to escape the hold. Dion set up a table to hype up the crowd. Saquon slammed Dion&#8217;s face into a trash lid hung near the top rope.<\/p>\n<p>Saquon put Dion on a table with the trash can on him. The table broke earlier than expected. Saquon climbed to the top of the cage and hit him with a Crossbody from the top of the cage for the victory.<\/p><div id=\"prowr-762606774\" class=\"prowr-content-4 prowr-entity-placement\"><!-- Tag ID: prowrestling_incontent_2 -->\r\n<div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"prowrestling_incontent_2\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"prowrestling_incontent_2\", slotId: \"prowrestling_incontent_2\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p><em>Saquon Shugars defeated Dion Lennox via pinfall in 14:45.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Separate shots of Nattie Neidhart and Jaida Parker were shown as they were walking backstage. Thea Hail was backstage cheering Jaida on&#8230;[c]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>John&#8217;s Thoughts:<\/strong><\/span> There&#8217;s a part of me that&#8217;s sick and tired of reviewing steel cage matches after Sunday&#8217;s TNA PPV, but that&#8217;s more of a me problem (can I get a month or two break from cage matches please?). Personal redundancy aside, this was actually a pretty fun and gritty PG-WWE style hardcore match with both men stepping up for a good match. I like that there wasn&#8217;t necessarily a lot of walking and punching, which I dread in mundane hardcore matches. Both men were making sure to use weapons in practical fashion throughout. I hope this is the end of the road for this feud as I feel like both men are capable of having strong runs away from each other. Saquon needs to stop being so happy go Lucky Ali as a character, and start being an edgy badass. Dion still hasn&#8217;t established a strong character since the Bookworm run, but he had the look, personality, and confidence to be a big star. He just needs to find something that connects, which takes time sometimes (just look at the fun run Solo Sikoa is having after taking a long time to find himself).<\/p>\n<p>Blake Howard interviewed NXT Champion Tony D&#8217;Angelo. Tony D cut off Blake Howard talking about his streak of strong PLEs. He said he&#8217;s the only Grand Slam Champion in NXT history. He said people are trying to follow his legacy. Tony D talked about Bron Breakker and Oba fighting for the future of WWE. Tony D pointed out how Oba Femi wants people to forget that he beat Oba first. He said Grayson Waller is coming for the title to correct the career. Cruz Montana left being a TNA Champion to become NXT Champion. He said Zilla decided to go after the title instead of going to join the Bloodline. Tony D said he beat three men to win the title and will take three men to defend it.<\/p>\n<p>Vic and Booker sent the show to Sarah Schreiber who were at a Bowling Alley. Baylor and Smokes talked about Myles Borne and Tavion Heights being fake friends. Jackson Drake and Myka Lockwood played Bowling with each other. Jackson said they&#8217;re locked in and are like a real family. Brad Baylor was the closest to a strike. Ricky Smokes used a kiddy roller to get closer to a strike. Vanity Project talked about how they&#8217;re taking all the gold at Heatwave. Myka forced Sarah to join them in their teamwork pose&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Nattie Neidhart was already in the ring for a promo segment. Nattie said she came to NXT to fight Jaida Parker. She said she saw something special in Jaida. She said Jaida speaks, wrestlers, and smiles like a million bucks. She said she also sees wasted potential in Jaida. Nattie said Jaida lost focus and Nattie beat her. She said that led to Jaida improving everything. She said Jaida has the most valuable asset in wrestling, Nattie&#8217;s attention.<\/p>\n<p>Jaida Parker made her entrance. She said Nattie tried to prove Jaida is soft and wasted potential, but it doesn&#8217;t look like that now. She said she took L&#8217;s but she took them hard like everyone, so that&#8217;s not special. She said Nattie has all the records. Jaida said Nattie saw a woman on the come up and tried to take her down. Jaida said she doesn&#8217;t need Nattie&#8217;s friendship or experience.<\/p>\n<p>Jaida said Nattie is the one who should be thanking her with her ungrateful ass. Nattie said it&#8217;s amazing, because this is the Jaida she wants to see. Nattie said she wants a submission match with Jaida at Heatwave, BITCH! Jaida agreed and said that even though Nattie is a low key legend, Jaida&#8217;s going to low key wax dat ass, BITCH! The segment ended&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Keanu Carver vs. Kam Hendrix was hyped for after the break&#8230;[c]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>John&#8217;s Thoughts:<\/strong><\/span> Like Nattie said, THAT&#8217;s the Jaida Parker I want to see. Jaida has been spinning her wheels as a character for a while, especially as a babyface, to the point where she lost her coolness and edge. This was a cool edgy promo from Jaida and I would like to see her bring this energy more. What I don&#8217;t like is that they haven&#8217;t really protected Nattie in the best way. I hope that with the submission stipulation, that they&#8217;ll use that as a way to have Jaida look good in defeat, but this promo makes it look like Jaida will close out the feud.<\/p><div id=\"prowr-896391260\" class=\"prowr-content-5 prowr-entity-placement\"><!-- Tag ID: prowrestling_incontent_3 -->\r\n<div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"prowrestling_incontent_3\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"prowrestling_incontent_3\", slotId: \"prowrestling_incontent_3\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>Entrances for the next match took place. A clip was shown where Robert Stone and Kenau Carver were having a discussion to set up this match. Carver continued to act calm, other than the moment he snapped a bit when Stone told him the match will happen later in the day&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Keanu Carver vs. Kam Hendrix.<\/strong> Carver tossed Kam around and hit him with a stiff flying crossbody. Kam tossed Keanu&#8217;s throat into the top rope to get the advantage a bit. Kam hit Keanu with a clothesline for a nearfall. Kam hit Carver with a single legged dropkick for a one count. Keanu no sold punches and rallied back with right hands. Keanu no sold a chop to the back and got pissed off.<\/p>\n<p>Keanu hit Kam with an impressive pop up German Suplex. Keanu hit Kam with the Monty Brown Pounce. Kam raked Keanu in the eyes. Mason Rook showed up outta nowhere and gave Kam a running Crossbody while the referee was checking on Carver&#8217;s eye. Rook tossed Kam back in the ring. Carver hit Kam with a Fisherman Suplex for the victory.<\/p>\n<p><em>Keanu Carver defeated Kam Hendrix via pinfall in 3:40.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>John&#8217;s Thoughts:<\/strong><\/span> I thought this was one of Keanu&#8217;s more impressive showings in-ring with Kam doing a great job bumping around for him and making him look good. Not the biggest fan of the dirty finish, but it was productive in keeping Kam and Mason&#8217;s feud alive. I like the potential of Kam, but even more the potential of Keanu. I&#8217;m liking this whole &#8220;turning over a new leaf&#8221; story they are doing with Keanu Carver and he&#8217;s playing the role very well. He&#8217;s also starting to develop good chemistry with GM Robert Stone for some good banter.<\/p>\n<p>A Kelani Jordan promo aired. She talked about how people like to talk about their journey to the top, but she came in naturally gifted. Kelani said she was the standout since she put pen to paper on her WWE contract. She talked about Oba Femi, Kendal Grey, and Lola Vice being successful crossover athletes who followed her path. She said she only took eight months to be relevant.<\/p>\n<p>She said she didn&#8217;t need the indies or AAA to be relevant. She bragged about winning the North American Championship and TNA Knockouts Championship in her first shot at it. She said she&#8217;ll beat Kendal Grey in her first shot. She said all she needs is an opportunity and nobody does it like Lani&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Kali Armstrong vs. Zaria was hyped for after the break&#8230;[c]<\/p>\n<p>A Zilla Fatu promo aired where he hyped up his debut in NXT and at Heatwave. He showed off his Umaga pendant, and said he wears it in honor of his father Umaga. Zilla said his last name is an honor and a curse. Zilla acknowledged him accidentally saying Nympho baby and brushed it off, saying he ain&#8217;t gonna be no nepobaby.<\/p>\n<p>He talked about being extra hyped up all the time and that&#8217;s who he is. He said after his first match, &#8220;hello&#8221;. He said he got 25 million social media hits for his debut, and is hyped for whatever happens on Sunday. He said once he&#8217;s done with them, you&#8217;ll find out why they call him &#8220;the main one&#8221;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>John&#8217;s Thoughts:<\/strong><\/span> The nympho baby gaff was funny for a laugh last week (especially since &#8220;nympho&#8221; baby sounds like something a male gigolo would call himself), but no matter how good\u00a0 you are, everyone makes slip ups in public speaking. Good on Zilla for acknowledging it and owning it. That gaff aside, I like what I see so far with Zilla. He has good energy and confidence about him. I also like how he&#8217;s the great unknown in the ring to most people, including me (the one match I was gonna see of his in TNA, got cut short because his tag partner Enzo Amore cut a promo that went too long). I have no idea who&#8217;s going to be champion after Sunday because all four men have a good reason to come out of Sunday as champ.<\/p>\n<p>Zaria got a televised entrance for the next match&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. NXT Women&#8217;s North American Champion Zaria vs. Kali Armstrong in a non-title match.<\/strong> Zaria took down Kali with a chop and body slam. Kali avoided an elbow drop and talked trash. Wren Sinclair was watching the match on a monitor backstage. Kali started a Test of Strength with Zaria. Zaria won the Test of Strength and gave Kali a headbutt. Zaria gave Kali a pump kick and boulder toss. Zaria backdropped Kali. Kali took down Zaria with jabs. Kali dumped Zaria to ringside and hit her with a diving crossbody to ringside.[c]<\/p>\n<p><strong>[Hour Two] <\/strong>Zaria and Kali were both on the ground recovering back from break. Both women traded Fighting Spirit strikes. Zaria kicked away Kali&#8217;s punch and gave her a headbutt. Kali scooped up a running Zaria and gave her a power bomb for a nearfall. Zaria recovered and gave Kali a pump kick and discus lariat for a nearfall. Both men traded Gutwrenches, with Zaria ending up hitting Kali with a German Suplex.<\/p>\n<p>Kali avoided a spear and gave Zaria a body slam. Zaria reversed a Kali Connection with a Spear. Kali reversed an F5 into a Victory Roll for a rollup victory.<\/p>\n<p><em>Kali Armstrong defeated Zaria via pinfall in 9:13.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>An upgraded graphic aired to show that Kali was added to the Speed and NA Title unification match&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Kendal Grey was showing a Nascar driver named William Sawalich who was competing in a Daytona race during the weekend. They walked into a medic who warned Kendal Grey that even though she&#8217;s medically cleared, she&#8217;s not 100%. After the medic left, Wren Sinclair showed up and said she&#8217;s nervous due to Kali Armstrong being added to her title unification match. Sawalitch told both women to breathe in and blow out, which calmed both of them down&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Birth Right all made their entrance&#8230;[c]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>John&#8217;s Thoughts:<\/strong><\/span> I&#8217;m not the biggest fan of Kali being added to the title unification match. Again, I see Kali as a huge future star, but I think they are pushing her too fast too soon without any character development. I don&#8217;t like they doing it at the expense of Zaria&#8217;s push because she needs to be protected more as a monster heel. What I fear even more is they put Kali in this match and they&#8217;re going to have her pin Wren to become a champion. Again, that would be too soon.<\/p>\n<p>The babyface team made their entrances. Vic Joseph wondered if they were going to unify the Men&#8217;s Speed Championship soon too? (I hope so!)&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. &#8220;Birth Right&#8221; Lexis King, Channing &#8220;Stacks&#8221; Lorenzo, Charlie Dempssey, and Uriah Connors (w\/Ariana Grace) vs. Sean Legacy, Dorian Van Dux, Noam Dar, and Romeo Moreno.<\/strong> Birth Right used quick tags to cut the ring in half on DVD early on. DVD took down King with an armdrag. Stacks and Legacy tagged in. DVD hit King with a Helicopter spin and took down the rest of birth right when they ran into it. Legacy got a two count on Stacks. Connors and Moreno tagged in.<\/p>\n<p>Both men traded hard chops. Connors took down Moreno with a dropkick. Moreno came back with a Sunset Flip for a two count. Moreno and Dar put Stacks and Connors in Stereo Ankle Locks. Both men escaped, but ate crossbodies from DVD and Legacy. Grace distracted DVD and Legacy, who were dumped to ringside. Moreno took down Stacks and Dempsey with dropkicks. Connors took down Moreno at ringside with a chop.[c]<\/p>\n<p>Booker T pointed out Uriah Connor&#8217;s long and permed hair. His hair is starting to grow up to Bianca Belair levels if he gained another half foot or longer. Back from break, Birth Right were cutting the ring in half on Moreno. A PIP was shown of Grayson Waller arriving to the PC wearing a &#8220;Nepo Uce&#8221; shirt. Moreno managed to kick his way out of the corner and tag in DVD for the hot tag. Stacks caught DVD with a boot. DVD tossed Stacks on the rest of Birth Right at ringside.<\/p>\n<p>DVD hit Birth Right with a top rope clearing dive. DVD hit Stacks with a Frog Splash. Legacy tagged in and hit Stacks with a 450. The rest of Birth Right broke up Legacy&#8217;s pin. Dar and Dempsey tagged in and traded forearms. Dar hit Dempsey with a Muay Thai combo into a Juji Gatame. Connors borke up the submission with a Swanton. The wrestlers alternated signature moves. Moreonohit King Stacks, and Connors with a dive at ringside.<\/p>\n<p>Dux pulled down the 3nd rope to launch Legacy in the air for extra air on a dive to the pile of wrestlers at ringside. Dar rolled up Dempsey for a nearfall. Dempsey gave Dar a forearm to the back of the neck. Dempsey gave Dar a Fisherman Suplex for the clean win.<\/p>\n<p><em>Birth Right defeated Noam Dar, Romeo Moreno, Dorian Van Dux, and Sean Legacy via pinfall in 11:29.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>NXT GM Robert Stone was talking with a ref to make sure she could inform the rest of the refs to be on-call just in case the Heatwave summit gets out of hand. Robert Stone walked up to Keanu Carver and told him that Rook helping him win was cheating. Carver yelled that a win is a win and the ref&#8217;s decision is final. Stone agreed. Shiloh Hill then walked up to Stone to ask for a match against Naraku. Stone agreed. Stone then acted stressed&#8230;[c]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>John&#8217;s Thoughts:<\/strong><\/span> A very fun eight person tag. It&#8217;s easy to dismiss the match because Birth Right has been such a dud most of their time as a faction. There&#8217;s a lot of talent there, but NXT never really put a concerted effort into making them seem credible. The finish does have me a bit intrigued as Charlie Dempsey had faded to the background in the faction, but they allowed him to get a clean win in the faction that usually wins with distraction finishes. I really hope they have something in the works for Charlie Dempsey because he&#8217;s been middling in developmental for a long long time, going back to NXT UK.<\/p>\n<p>Vic Joseph plugged AAA&#8217;s two-night TripleMania event in September&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Entrances for the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship match took place&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Rey Fenix vs. EK Prosper for the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship.<\/strong> Both men traded rapid pin attempts and counters early on. Both men started at a stalemate after EK escaped a Gory Special. Fenix reversed an armdrag into loud chops. Fenix hit EK with his signature tightrope springboard armdrag. EK blocked a slingshot with a dropkick. EK hit Fenix with a top rope Triangle Moonsault heading into break.[c]<\/p>\n<p>During the break, Fenix was doing a handful of his brother&#8217;s, Pentagon&#8217;s, mannerisms. Back from break, both men were limping to get to their feet. Both men traded forearms. Fenix caught EK with a Savate Kick. EK reversed a Power Bomb into a modified X Factor. EK hit Fenix with a Super Ruff Ryder for a nearfall. Fenix hit EK with an impressive Tightrope PK. Fenix hit EK with a High Fly Flow for a nearfall.<\/p>\n<p>Fenix hit EK with a long distance Frog Splash for a nearfall. EK reversed a cutter into a German Suplex. Fenix recovered and hit EK with a Lethal Injection to leave both men lying. Fenix caught EK with a knee in the corner. EK escaped a Kinniku Buster, but ate a Gamengiri to the head. EK hit Fenix with an impressive tightrope Frankensteiner. Fenix dodged a high moonsault and gave EK a knee in the corner. Fenix hit EK with a Superkick and hit EK with the Mexican Kinniku Buster (Black Fire Driver) for the victory.<\/p>\n<p><em>Rey Fenix defeated EK Prosper via pinfall in 11:07 to retain the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fenix helped EK to his feet and shared a handshake with him. EK held up Fenix&#8217;s arm in victory&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>John&#8217;s Thoughts:<\/strong><\/span> A fun match on paper and fun match on TV. Only downside was the commercial break cutting into the action. While I thought it was getting a bit out of hand in WWE with all the title belts they were showcasing, I don&#8217;t see that problem with the AAA Cruiserweight Title because WWE is utilizing it like their old WWE Cruiserweight Championship that Vince McMahon dissolved during NXT 2.0. I also like that this title run is giving Rey Fenix to show the world how great he is. I have no problems saying that I believe Rey Fenix is lowkey one of the best singles wrestlers in the world, bar none. The guy can wrestle, lucha, Strong Style, WWE Style. Fenix is one of the best garbage wrestlers in the world too which a lot of you guys haven&#8217;t seen yet (Fenix vs. El Mesias in Lucha Underground were some of the best hardcore matches I&#8217;ve ever seen live).<\/p>\n<p>Myles Borne and Tavion Heights were hanging out with Nascar driver Sam Mayer for another CW tie-in segment. Borne and Heights hyped up how they&#8217;re going to defend the championship on Sunday. Heights reiterated how he doesn&#8217;t know what to do if he loses the title. Hank and Tank showed up to hang out with everyone. Hank and Tank asked for title shots. Heights said they&#8217;re focused on Heatwave, but they&#8217;ll see Hank and Tank soon. Heights gave them a wink&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Kendal Grey and Wren Sinclair were shown walking backstage&#8230;[c]<\/p>\n<p>Vic Joseph ran through the advertised NXT Heatwave card so far&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Kendal Grey and Wren Sincair made their entrance (again, I love how Wren does her hip whip thing perfectly to the beat of Kendal&#8217;s theme). Kendal said she agrees that Kelani is good, but she keeps complaining and making excuses. Kendal said Kelani talked about picking things up fast, but she did to. She said she was unknown last year in Evolve, but now she&#8217;s a former Evolve Champion, Iron Survivor, and current NXT Women&#8217;s Champion. She said she is the benchmark of the company. Kendal said she didn&#8217;t have to have her first title defense with a future hall of famer, but she did.<\/p>\n<p>She said she didn&#8217;t need to wrestle in an Underground match, but she did. She said she could have also taken time off due to injury, but she&#8217;s still going. Kendal said it&#8217;s time for Kelani to put her money where her mouth is because the target is on Kendal&#8217;s back and she better not miss. Kelani Jordan made her entrance and told her to listen to her with her good ear. She said she put the target on Kendal&#8217;s back and it&#8217;ll only take her one shot. Kelani said she&#8217;s going to take the title off the benchmark and put her back on the bench.<\/p>\n<p>Wren Sinclair said they are going to wrestle in Wren&#8217;s home state and the Wren-QCC are going to bring home all the gold. Zaria showed up and said it&#8217;s more like WrenQ See You Later. Zaria said she&#8217;s going to erase every bad memory the Speed Title has ever given her. Kali Armstrong showed up and bragged about beating both Wren and Zaria back to back. Grayson Waller interrupted the women in the ring with his entrance.<\/p>\n<p>Waller mocked Zilla&#8217;s &#8220;hello&#8221;. Waller said the ladies in the ring are good to look at, but hard to listen to. Waller said he likes to see the 10% of NXT all in the ring, but it&#8217;s his time now. He said the girls used to be the highlight of the show until Grayson Waller decided to come back. Waller sarcastically said the women will do well at Heatwave. He said nobody are going to talk about them or the stuntshow AAA guys. They are going talk about Waller conquering his demons and becoming NXT Champion.<\/p>\n<p>NXT Champion Tony D&#8217;Angelo made his entrance. He said Waller came back to reinvent himself, but he doesn&#8217;t care if its Waller 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, or 5.0 because Waller is going to do the same thing he always does, be a disappointment. Cruz Montana showed up in the crowd and fired them up. Montana said he knew NXT was a bit dysfunctional, but now he knows it truly is being in the thick of it. He said he likes it. Montana said the difference between him and everyone else is they came to talk, but he came to throw hands.<\/p>\n<p>Montana threw hands and everyone started brawling. Zaria hit Kali with an F5. Wren hit Zaria with an X Factor. Grey hit Jordan with a back elbow. Zilla Fatu ran out and hit his opponents with a dive to ringside. Vic said he was quoting Drowning Pool when he said &#8220;Let the bodies hit the floor&#8221; (which would be a good theme for Heatwave due to the PPV&#8217;s ECW history). Zilla, Kendal Grey, and Wren Sinclair stood tall holding title belts to close the show&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>John&#8217;s Thoughts:<\/strong><\/span> I&#8217;m usually not the biggest fan of these formula promo segments were a bunch of wrestlers take turns interrupting each other, but I thought here they all got to get a good line in to promote their match on Sunday. They mixed the men and women here really well coming off Grayson Waller&#8217;s praise of how great the women&#8217;s division was a few weeks ago. Waller has been on fire on the mic now that he&#8217;s allowed to be more edgy, and him trying to come off as condescending did a good job of spotlighting WWE&#8217;s deep women&#8217;s roster, which goes deep in Evolve too (shout out to Nikkita Lyons, Wendy Choo, Sloane Jacobs, and whoever that anime chick is). Cruz Montana is really starting to settle into NXT too and he&#8217;s showing that he&#8217;s a natural protagonist, no matter what brand he&#8217;s on.<\/p>\n<p>NXT has done a great job building up it&#8217;s main event scene as well as building up a strong PPV on Sunday. It&#8217;s a shame that they won&#8217;t get to showcase it to a full audience because they are using the PPV to counter program AEW All In shamelessly (They really couldn&#8217;t air the PPV at the usual 5pm PST start time? Ugh). I really wanted to watch All In live, but I guess I&#8217;ll have you guys covered for NXT (I might be busy that weekend, but I&#8217;m leaning 80% that I&#8217;m free to cover the show for ya&#8217;ll). I like that I have no clue how any of the matches will end. They&#8217;re playing up Kendal&#8217;s ear, so she might lose. I have no clue who&#8217;s coming out of the NXT Title match because I can see each man winning being valid. I want Nattie to win, but Jaida might run through her, which might not be that bad. And lowkey, Vanity Project might leave Heatwave draped in gold, which could be fun (put a belt on Myka down the road while you&#8217;re at it if that&#8217;s the case).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div
