The proposed amended complaint, which is attached to her motion, includes never-before-seen text and voice messages from McMahon and provides new details about how McMahon coerced Ms. Grant into sexual acts through her employment at WWE.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMs. Grant\u2019s amended complaint reveals new details that further demonstrate the sexual abuse she suffered at the hands of Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis and pulls back the curtain on the dangerous workplace culture McMahon created at WWE,\u201d <b>said Ann Callis, attorney for Janel Grant.<\/b> \u201cMs. Grant looks forward to holding her abusers accountable in a court of law.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The amended complaint provides new evidence about the sexual abuse carried out by McMahon, Laurinaitis, and WWE including:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 McMahon offered Ms. Grant to WWE Superstar Brock Lesnar for a sexual encounter during his formal negotiation of a new contract with WWE, and McMahon ordered Ms. Grant to send Lesnar sexually explicit content of herself.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 McMahon sent a text message to Ms. Grant, where he fantasizes in graphic detail about watching as a group of men are \u201csurrounding\u201d her and leaving her physically \u201cwrecked,\u201d underscoring how he viewed her as a commodity to offer to others.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 A text message from McMahon to Ms. Grant where he makes clear that only McMahon has the power to \u201carrange\u201d Ms. Grant\u2019s sexual encounters.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 An occasion where McMahon video recorded Ms. Grant while nude for Laurinaitis, without Ms. Grant\u2019s knowledge or consent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Details about the sham investigation WWE proclaimed to conduct in 2022 after it became public that McMahon signed NDAs with multiple women, in which \u201cinvestigators\u201d refused to interview Ms. Grant.<\/p><div id=\"prowr-1239995791\" class=\"prowr-content-4 prowr-entity-placement\"><!-- Tag ID: prowrestling_incontent_2 -->\r\n<div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"prowrestling_incontent_2\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"prowrestling_incontent_2\", slotId: \"prowrestling_incontent_2\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>\u00b7 The transcript of a voice message from McMahon to Ms. Grant, where he attempts to coerce her into signing an NDA \u201creally f***in\u2019 fast\u201d so he doesn\u2019t get kicked out of his own \u201cf***in\u2019 company.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The initial complaint, filed in January 2024, includes a text message from McMahon to Ms. Grant where McMahon admits, \u201ci\u2019m the only one who owns U and controls who I want to f*** U.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>Other notables from the complaint include&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>-&#8220;McMahon recklessly obtained Ms. Grant\u2019s nude photos while being filmed for a documentary and shots of him viewing her nude images aired on Netflix in 2024 for the world to see.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>-McMahon instructed Grant to &#8220;create customized pornographic content for producer Michael Hayes and his crew.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>-A custom corner office suite was designed for Laurinaitis, leaving Grant&#8217;s office with &#8220;an internal door that connected directly into Laurinaitis&#8217; office.&#8221; The complaint adds: &#8220;Both Brad Blum and Nick Khan were actively involved in arranging an office space for Ms. Grant, again an inappropriate task for executives of their high ranks.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>McMahon&#8217;s attorney Jessica T. Rosenberg issued the following statement to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwinsider.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PWInsider.com<\/a>: &#8220;As expected, the proposed amended complaint is nothing more than the latest publicity stunt in an ongoing smear campaign.
