Rau labeled it &#8220;a big win for Dixie (Carter) and TNA.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Powell&#8217;s POV:<\/strong><\/span> The sticking point that many pointed to going into the weekend was that the contract that Corgan and Carter signed had terms that were not allowed according to Tennessee law. Therefore, the ruling is not a surprise. It remains to be seen what the fallout will be in terms of potential appeals from Corgan.
