Mike Johnson of <a href=\"http:\/\/pwinsider.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">PWInsider.com<\/a> reports that Corgan filed a lawsuit in the Chancery Court of Nashville, Tennessee against Dixie Carter, her husband Serg Salinas, TNA CFO Dean Broadhead, TNA Impact Wrestling, and its parent company Impact Ventures LLC.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Powell&#8217;s POV:<\/strong><\/span> The lawsuit details have not been publicly disclosed at this time.
