WWE is accused of failing to care for the repeated head injuries. Read more at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2016-07-18\/wwe-sued-by-superfly-snuka-and-others-over-brain-injuries\" target=\"_blank\">Bloomberg.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>WWE issued the following statement to Prowrestling.net regarding the lawsuit: \u201cThis is another ridiculous attempt by the same attorney who has previously filed class action lawsuits against WWE, both of which have been dismissed. A federal judge has already found that this lawyer made patently false allegations about WWE, and this is more of the same.
