He was the Assistant Editor at Pro Wrestling Torch from 1998 to 2003 and was a Senior Editor at Fanball.com, which was one of the top online fantasy sports websites and distributor of Fantasy Football Weekly, a \u00a0leading national\u00a0magazine.<\/p>\n<p>As Editor of ProWrestling.net and as the host of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spreaker.com\/podcast\/pro-wrestling-boom-podcast--3275525\">Pro Wrestling Boom Podcast<\/a>, Powell has interviewed Cody Rhodes, Brock Lesnar, Jim Ross, Dana White, LA Knight, Chris Jericho, Nick Aldis, Wade Barrett, Britt Baker, Tony Schiavone, Matt Hardy, Billy Corgan, Alicia Atout, Conrad Thompson, Jeff Jarrett, Scott D&#8217;Amore, EC3, Lexis King, Shawn Daivari, Ken Anderson, the late Joe Koff, Trevor Murdoch, James Storm, Justin Credible, Taya Valkyrie, and many more.<\/p>\n<p>-As Assistant Editor of Pro Wrestling Torch, Powell reported on major stories such as the rise and fall of ECW, the Monday Night War era of the late-&#8217;90s, and the WWF buyout of WCW. He consistently broke major stories and was in frequent contact with sources within the wrestling industry.
