The following matches are advertised for WrestleMania 34, which will be held on April 8 in New Orleans, Louisiana at Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

-Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship.

-Ronda Rousey and Kurt Angle vs. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

-AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura for the WWE Championship.

-Charlotte Flair vs. Asuka for the Smackdown Women’s Championship.

-The Miz vs. Finn Balor vs. Seth Rollins in a Triple Threat for the Intercontinental Championship.

-Sheamus and Cesaro vs. Braun Strowman for the Raw Tag Titles.

-Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn.

-The WWE Cruiserweight Championship tournament finals.

-The Fabulous Moolah Women’s Battle Royal.

Powell’s POV: The newest match is Owens vs. Zayn, which I don’t expect to stick after watching the duo attack Shane McMahon at the end of Tuesday’s Smackdown. The question now is whether the match becomes a Triple Threat or perhaps a tag match with Shane finding a partner. Meanwhile, Cedric Alexander will face the winner of the Mustafa Ali vs. Drew Gulak tournament match for the vacant WWE Cruiserweight Championship. WWE has not announced the Andre the Giant Memorial battle royal as of this update, but I assume that will also be part of the show.

  1. They can’t let Braun Strowman wrestle alone for the tag team titles on the biggest show of the year. I could see it happening as a joke match at a house show, but not at Wrestlemania. It would devalue the titles beyond description. Hell, at least bring back James Ellsworth to team with him.
