WWE extends another television deal
Nov 30, 2009 - 04:39 PM |
WWE has extended its broadcast deal with the UK's Sky Sports for five more years. The new deal will go into effect in January 2010. The network will continue to air ten-and-a-half hours of first-run WWE programming. To read more on the story, visit DigitalSpy.com.
Powell's POV: WWE has new long-term deals in place with USA Network and Sky Sports. The tricky one will be next year when the contract with MyNetwork TV expires, as there's no guarantee the network will remain in business for the long haul.
