WWE legend Hulk Hogan claims he tore both biceps while bodyslamming Andre The Giant at WrestleMania 3, and says he had to fight off a biker on Sunday
Sep 23, 2009 - 12:05 PM

WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan told The Daily Telegraph on Tuesday that he tore both biceps while bodyslamming Andre The Giant at WrestleMania 3. "Yeah, tore them lifting Andre the Giant," Hulk Hogan claimed. "It was Wrestlemania III and, while we hadn't planned it, Andre said 'if you reckon you can lift me brother, go for it.'"

Hogan also claimed that he had to fight off a guy who looked like a member of the Hell's Angels on Sunday. "On Sunday we were in Melbourne, going into a restaurant when this guy - you know what a Hells Angel looks like, right? - well, he came screaming across the room at me," he claimed. "So I blocked him, hooked him and took him down. It was all over fairly quickly." To read the full article, visit DailyTelegraph.com.au.

Powell's POV: What the hell is wrong with Hogan? He's had as much success as anyone in the history of the pro wrestling industry, yet he constantly feels the need to make up ridiculous stories. The bodyslam spot wasn't planned? Really? Come on, brother!

My guess is that Hogan's new favorite show is "Sons of Anarchy" on FX. That would explain his sudden infatuation with biker gangs. If so, I give him credit for having good taste in television. Great show.
