WWE Video: Alberto Del Rio on whether WWE will shift to Attitude Era style programming, the job C.M. Punk is doing as WWE Champion, and not wanting to work as a babyface

WWE stars Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez spoke with Chris Van Vliet of WOIO-TV in Cleveland. Del Rio was asked about C.M. Punk's title reign. "Punk is an excellent wrestler and an excellent performer and I think he's doing a great job," Del Rio said.

Del Rio was also spoke of not wanting to be a babyface. "This is what I love to do," he said "I'm just having the best time of my life being a heel. I want to be a heel for the rest of my career but I'm not sure if that's possible."

Del Rio was also asked whether Linda McMahon's latest U.S. Senate campaign loss could result in a change to Attitude Era-like content. "To be honest with you, no because we don't decide that," replied Del Rio. "The company must do whatever is best for the company and the fans." You can view the full interview at

They also spoke about Jerry Lawler returning to television, The Rock getting a title shot, and Ricardo's in-ring ability and working as El Locale. The interview is totally worth watching just to see Van Vliet's spectacular mustache, which he noted is for Movember.
