John Cena spoke with after undergoing surgery on Wednesday to repair a torn triceps. "I plan on using the next couple months to rehab and get healthy as I can, as quickly as I can, Cena said. Cena also spoke about it being an exciting time for the company. "WWE has never been and never will be dependent on one man, with the exception of Mr. McMahon," he added. "In the coming weeks, WWE will be filled with exciting programming as always, and I’ll have the best seat in the house! Let’s see who captivates the WWE Universe." Read the full story at

Powell's POV: As much as you never want to see a person get hurt, the injuries suffered by Cena and Sheamus have opened the doors for other wrestlers to step up in their absence. It's cool that even Cena seems excited to see who makes the most of the opportunity. It's helpful for his character as well, since he could lead to him having a stronger opponent or two to work with once he returns.
