-WWE Raw is in San Jose, California tonight at the HP Pavilion with the go-home edition heading into Sunday's Royal Rumble match. The Rock and C.M. Punk will deliver final hype for their match, and hopefully WWE officials will remember that there is also a Royal Rumble match on Sunday's show. Let's just say the hype for the actual Rumble match has been underwhelming thus far. Join me for live coverage of WWE Raw as the show airs on USA Network tonight at 7:00 p.m. CT.

-TNA kicks off the overseas tour today with a show in Dublin, Ireland at Dublin National Stadium. TNA is advertising Sting, Austin Aries, Bobby Roode, James Storm, Kurt Angle, A.J. -Former WWE Diva Maryse Ouellet is 30 today. She was born on January 21, 1983. At last check, she was still dating The Miz.

-WWE Hall of Famer Ivan Putski (a/k/a Jozef Bednarski) is 72 today. he was born on January 21, 1941.

-The late Arnold Skaaland was born on this date in 1925. The WWE Hall of Famer died on March 13, 2007. His wife Betty continues to attend WWE events occasionally.

-Independent wrestler Alex Koslov (a/k/a Alex Sherman) is 29 today. He was born on January 21, 1984.

-The creator of the Royal Rumble match Pat Patterson celebrated his 72nd birthday on Saturday. He was born on January 19, 1941. The WWE Hall of Famer continues to work behind the scenes for WWE on a part-time basis.

-WWE wrestler R-Truth (a/k/a Ron Killings) turned 41 on Saturday. He was born on January 19, 1972.

-WWE Hall of Famer Ted DiBiase celebrated his 59th birthday on Friday. He was born on January 18, 1954.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic tonight. The AWA show will return on Tuesday. We'll have the lineup for that show in Tuesday's Dot Net Daily.
