-WWE Hall of Famer Yokozuna (a/k/a Rodney Anoa'i) died on this date in 2000 at age 34. The case of death was attributed to pulmonary edema. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame posthumously in 2012. Family members Rikishi and The Uso Brothers accepted the honor on his behalf.

-Ron and Don Harris are 53 today. The twin brothers were born on October 23, 1960. The duo worked as The Blu Brothers, The Bruise Brothers, Creative Control, Skull & 8-Ball, and The Harris Twins, among other names during their in-ring careers.

-Z*Con the movie is available via HD digital for a mere $5 tax deductible donation and 100 percent of the proceeds from the movie will benefit various charities. The film is described as a film about four teen podcasters trapped at a comic convention when the zombie apocalypse breaks out. For more details, visit

-Uproar Pro Wrestling is running on Saturday in New Port Richey, Florida at Verizon Event Center with the following lineup: Tommy Taylor vs. CJ O'Doyle, Joshua Masters vs. Eddie Graves, Jay Rios and Eddie Cruz vs. Jude McKenzie and Josh Rayne, Shawn Prime vs. JD Amazing, London Vice vs. Maxx Stardom, and Aaron Epic vs. Oliver Cain.
