Aron Rex stated during an interview with Title Match Wrestling at WrestleCon that he is no longer working for Impact Wrestling. “I don’t know if this is going to be it for me because I’m no longer with Impact,” he said. “Ending on this note is not a bad thing. I’m not saying I’m never going to get in the ring again, but this is pretty cool and I would rather people remember me for all the good stuff.” Watch the interview at Youtube.com. Powell’s POV: Sandow was apparently on a per night deal with Impact. His Liberace themed character that he played late in his run with the company never really clicked. It’s unclear whether new management opted against using him or if he balked at a deal. If it were my call, I’d keep him off television for a bit and reintroduce him as a straight up heel minus the Liberace gimmick.

  1. When the “underutilized” wrestler leaves one promotion for another and continues to be “underutilized.”

A comedy buffer and nothing more.
