WWE Talking Smack

-Renee Young and Daniel Bryan checked in on the Talking Smack set which had a Christmas tree in the background. Daniel Bryan talked about makin’ it rain in his Mr. Rogers-esque sweater. Bryan quickly talked about Renee slapping The Miz on Smackdown. Renee said it was no secret that she was in a relationship with Dean Ambrose, but to be called out by the Miz in the way he did was embarrassing. Renee apologized but said Miz crossed the line with her. Daniel Bryan said there was no need to apologize.
-Generic Christmas music started playing as “Santa Claus” walked on set with a sack. He said he was here to spread Christmas joy to the girls and boys that have been on the naughty and nice list. Renee said you can’t give gifts to naughty people. Bryan said he was thrilled to have Santa here as he and Renee did a Santa chant. The Santa kinda looks like Rhyno and he was flirting with Renee Young.
-Baron Corbin was the first guest of Talking Smack who joined Daniel, Renee, and Santa. Corbin was distracted by Bryan’s sweater. Renee brought up the world championship triple threat match that Corbin is competing in next week. Corbin said this is where he belonged since he made his debut. Corbin said he won the Andre Battle Royal and belongs. Corbin said next Tuesday he was getting the championship. Bryan said he needs a bit of credit. Corbin said Bryan finally did something right.
-Corbin talked about putting a beating on Dolph Ziggler. Corbin said last week he was accepting an award for being the most metal athlete while also hanging out with iconic rock stars. Corbin said he was on another level than anyone else here. Renee wondered if the triple threat stipulation works in Corbin’s favor and who was Corbin’s biggest threat. Corbin said he was the biggest threat in the match. Corbin said Styles is going to spend his news years crying about not being WWE Championship.
-Santa Rhyno said Corbin has a few days to think about not hurting people because Corbin might continue to be on the naughty list. Corbin said Santa could leave or just change his mind. Santa said Corbin was really mean as Renee wished Corbin well.
-Santa asked Renee if if was hot in here or just him. Renee brushed him off. Santa tried to give Renee some cookies as Renee tried to talk about next week’s show. Bryan went over the card which featured John Cena. Santa said it was hot and he started to open up his coat as Renee tried to give him milk. Renee poked santa. Santa told Renee to continue touch him because Santa likes that. Santa told Renee to go on the naughty list for just a little bit. Santa told Bryan that he and Ms. Claus were on a break. Renee told Santa to keep his eyes on her face. Santa said his eyes may wander. Santa exposed his chest.
John’s Thoughts: Does Rhyno have to flirt with all of the backstage WWE interviewers? (Just like he did with Smackdown backstage interviewer Andrea D’Marco a few months ago). Anyways, this is actually pretty funny!
-Young asked Daniel Bryan about opening opportunities as GM of Smackdown Live. Bryan said most people on Smackdown are better off than before the draft and that is not a testament to he and Shane but rather the talent. Bryan said people have stepped up and shined.
-La Luchadora (Becky Lynch) was the next guest. Santa said she was on the nice list. La Luchadora took off her mask. Lynch thanked Bryan for allowing her to teach Alexa Bliss a lesson and blamed Alexa from hiding from her. Becky brought up how Alexa didn’t come from the independents. Bryan said he confirmed with the doctors that Bliss was fine. Lynch spoke about wanting to be the first women’s champion but now she needs to be the next women’s champion.
-Becky Lynch said Alexa Bliss as champion gets people unmotivated. Becky talked about all of the champions these days lacking morals while cheating. Renee Young talked about Daniel Bryan being on both sides of the argument. Bryan said early on he did some things he’s not proud of but he tried to stick to the rules later in his career.
-Santa exposed his chest to Becky Lynch while wiping it with cookies and wanted to know what Becky thought. Bryan said Arn Anderson would like it. Santa Rhyno asked Renee if she would like to see the cookie go north or south.
-After Lynch left, Renee wanted to talk about next week’s show dubbed the “Wild Card Finals”. Daniel Bryan asked when were the preliminary matches to the finals? Bryan said the tagline was “Mr. McMahon’s” idea and by that he means Shane.
-Santa started to burp and offered to wipe more cookies on his chest to Renee.
-Renee brought up Zack Ryder’s injury. Bryan said he knows how this feels getting an opportunity and all of a sudden having it being taken away by injury. Renee asked if that could be positive motivation. Bryan said he thinks Zack could, but the hard thing with Zack is that this isn’t the first time a situation like this has happened to him. Renee brought up how this lead to the four way elimination match next week.
-Renee asked Santa who his favorite team was. Santa asked Young if she would like some cheese and crackers. Bryan said Santa was very hands on. Santa said he ate some chili last night and the gas was coming out of both sides. Santa said Heath was on the naughty list for just a little bit but now he’s nice. Santa said Rhyno has never been naughty.
-Natalya said Santa was creepy. Santa said he was just hot. Renee tried to get things back on track as Santa exposed his chest again. Natalya said tonight the spotlight was put back on her where it should be. Natalya said there are regrets in her life because Nikki and Brie became two of the best women wrestlers in the history of WWE. Natalya said the PWI ranked Nikki Bella as the number one female wrestler in the world 2015. Natalya said her biggest mistake was training them by creating monsters for not allowing her to take the spotlight.
-Natalya said she was royalty since she’s a Hart. Natalya said she deserves this because she was born in the greatest wrestling family in the world and is tired about taking a back seat to everyone. Bryan and Renee asked Natalya about hiding the truth about beating up Nikki. Natalya said she should have been team captain from the start. Bryan said Natalya lost the match and that was simple.
-Natalya talked about being royalty again. She said Nikki and Brie were great wrestlers but Natalya deserves it first. Natalya brought up regretting training again and said she was a Hart. Natalya said her uncle is Bret Hart.
John’s Thoughts: And her father is Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart?!?
-Natalya said Carmella should be on the naughty list for ratting her out. Renee said it was odd to see Natalya like this. Natalya said she was mad at seeing Nikki getting attention and getting a spinoff show. Natalya said her family deserves a spin off and she’s tired about being second place and prettiest. Natalya said there was no women’s revolution without her since she’s royalty. She walked off. Santa said Natalya’s on the naughty list but in the right way.
-Bryan said he tried to stay about the conversation about Brie and Nikki. Bryan brought up many girls ten years ago getting opportunities based on their looks and they got weeded out. Bryan said Natalya only got an opportunity because she is a Hart. Bryan said he’s defensive about his wife but she knows how hard Brie and Nikki works. Bryan said people try to make their name off of Nikki just like John Cena. Bryan blamed Natalya for bringing up Total Divas storylines as an easy way out.
-Santa had a red cup and burped as if he might be wasted. Renee went over next week’s Smackdown card again. Santa said John Cena is always on the nice list. Santa also flirted with Renee again. Santa brought some gifts for Renee and Daniel Bryan. The gifts were empty and Santa said it’s the thought that counts. Renee’s gift box still had the silica gel in it. Santa said the Elves have unionized so all they do is put boxes together. This ended the show with the Jingle Bells music playing.
John’s Thoughts: Santa Rhyno may come off as creepy and awkwardly horny, but it was hilarious. I laughed. It was better than Ho Ho Hogan! Do we call him Ho Ho Rhyno?
HMMM I keep Daniel Bryan say “Smackdown Live is the land of Opportunity” Well then Daniel, WHY the F@CK is Tyler Breeze and The Vaudevillians been JOBBING to MOJO RAWLEY the last 3 weeks? I`ll say this to i`m blue in the face 3 guys being WASTED are these guys ALL have a GREAT GIMMICK, Vaudes have a fun gimmick if given a shot, watch their matches in NXT, Watch their promos they were FUN and full of life their enterence is AWESOME but yet Vince and the WWE have just stiffled them, And Tyler Breeze watch his matches in NXT against Samoa Joe, Sami Zayn, Finn Baylor, Jushin Thunder Liger the guy is GOOD. I say to my friends if they give him the John Morrison gimmick he could run with that, this Chippendale gimmick w/ Fandango is as Sonny from “A Bronx Tale” would say “Wasted Talent” So Daniel Bryan here`s 3 people in need of a PUSH..DO IT Make 2017 a GREAT and PUSH THEM!!
