imgresTNA President Billy Corgan has filed a lawsuit against TNA and key figures within the company’s management team. Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com reports that Corgan filed a lawsuit in the Chancery Court of Nashville, Tennessee against Dixie Carter, her husband Serg Salinas, TNA CFO Dean Broadhead, TNA Impact Wrestling, and its parent company Impact Ventures LLC.

Powell’s POV: The lawsuit details have not been publicly disclosed at this time. This is not a shocking development, as we told Dot Net Weekly listeners in recent weeks that one key source heading into Bound For Glory was labelling the ownership situation as “Bound For Lawsuits.” Furthermore, others have noted that Corgan and Carter had a falling out to the point that they would not even appear on television together, nor would Corgan attend the talent meeting that Carter held.
