ufclogoUFC President Dana White was asked during FS2’s post UFC 203 event where CM Punk and Mickey Gall go following their fight. “Well, Mickey Gall will obviously move forward and continue to fight here in the UFC,” White said. “We’ll see what happens with CM Punk. We’ll see what he wants to do.”

Powell’s POV: White said he felt the fights at UFC 203 were “lackluster to say the least” but the “awesome” main event saved the night. As for Gall calling out Sage Northcutt for a fight, White said Northcutt’s people immediately texted him and said they want the fight. Punk noted in his press conference that he had yet to speak with White, and indicated that he’s not finished fighting regardless of whether it’s in UFC or elsewhere. Punk also said that he initially planned to begin his career at a lower level, but he couldn’t pass up the offer that UFC made.
