-Scott Stanford opened with the news that Finn Balor has relinquished the WWE Universal Championship. Stanford was joined by the panel of Jerry Lawler, Lita, and Booker T. Footage aired of Seth Rollins powerbombing Balor into the barricade, which caused the injury. Stanford said Balor could miss up to six months.
-The panel played up the toughness that Balor showed by popping his shoulder back into place and continuing the match. Lawler credited it to Balor being in shock and adrenaline kicking in. Lita said that was the Demon King. Booker said Balor didn’t want to let anyone down on his first pay-per-view.
-Balor will officially relinquish the title on Raw to open the show.
-Charlotte will address her WWE Women’s Championship win on Raw.
-Rusev and Lana will appear on the pre-show via Skype.
-The panel discussed Brock Lesnar’s actions in the SummerSlam main event against Randy Orton. They showed Shane’s tweet that Lesnar crossed the line. They also aired footage of Orton having staples put in his head to close the wound.
-Booker said he doesn’t expect Lesnar to be punished for F5’ing Shane McMahon. Booker said they hired him and he’s a draw. Lita said Lesnar is going to bring in more money than he costs the company. Lawler and company agreed that it wouldn’t be surprising to see Shane challenge Lesnar.
-Rusev and Lana appeared via Skype. Rusev, who sold rib pain, claimed he thought he heard the bell ring and that’s why he fought with Roman Reigns. Lana took issue with Reigns calling her a mail order bride. Lana said she and Rusev are bringing justice to America. Lita asked if Lana is a distraction. Rusev said not at all. He accused Rusev of attacking his wife. Rusev said he heard Reigns’ wife is pregnant with twins and questioned what Reigns would think if he went and took photos with her.
-The focus shifted to Charlotte winning the WWE Women’s Championship and a WWE website interview was shown. Charlotte said people didn’t think she could do it without her father. She also said Brooklyn has always been tough on her, but she became a two-time champion there.
-After the Charlotte interview, Booker said Charlotte was humble and proved to herself that she could get it done without help. Booker said Charlotte approached him after the match, hugged him, and asked how she did. He said it shows she is still eager to learn.
-The situation with The Dudleys stating that they will say goodbye on Raw was addressed. Stanford asked how hard it is for the Dudleys to walk away without winning their tenth tag title. Booker said there will be sleepless nights. Booker said the young guys have taken the game to another level. Lawler said you won’t find two tougher guys who are harder to beat. Lita said she had a brief overlap during their time in ECW.
-Footage aired of Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens boasting after SummerSlam that they ruined the homecoming of Enzo Amore and Big Cass. Booker said he doesn’t see Owens and Jericho going after the tag titles.
-Big E vs. Karl Anderson was announced for Raw.
