-Footage aired of New Day arriving at the building. Tom Phillips said they are facing Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows on Raw, but the third member of New Day would not be allowed at ringside. Rather than put the stipulation or the beating they took last week over, they mocked Phillips and said they would figure it out…

-Scott Stanford, Jerry Lawler, and Lita hosted the show from WWE Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. No Booker T again this week. Lita said Anderson and Gallows didn’t file many protests in Japan like they did regarding New Day. Lawler heeled on New Day and said it will be two-on-two as it should be. Lita noted that it’s a homecoming for Xavier Woods in Georgia. Lawler said he wouldn’t put Woods in the match because nothing good ever happens for wrestlers in their hometown. Funny.

-Stanford hyped Brock Lesnar’s return to Raw for the first time since WrestleMania, and mentioned that Paul Heyman will also appear.

-Sasha Banks will address the fans on Raw. Lawler hyped a Corey Graves interview with Sasha for the pre-show.

-Footage aired of Finn Balor’s big debut on Raw last week, and Stanford hyped Balor vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship at SummerSlam.

-Lawler heeled on Balor by complaining that Balor only had to win two matches and now he’s in the main event of SummerSlam. Lawler said Balor is great, but he continued to question how he is main eventing at SummerSlam after only two matches. Lita defended Balor. Lawler said there’s no way Balor will win at SummerSlam.

-A lengthy video recapped Sasha Banks becoming the WWE Women’s Champion on Raw last week.

-Footage aired of Graves interviewing Sasha “earlier today” at an undisclosed location. She spoke about winning the title, which had been a dream of her’s since she was ten. She spoke about the fans chanting “You deserve it.” Graves asked why she Facetimed with Bayley after the match. She spoke about their history together and starting together in NXT on day one. Graves asked if she will prepare any differently for her match with Charlotte at SummerSlam. Sasha said she needed a one-on-one match to prove she’s the best and she’ll do it again at SummerSlam.

-Lawler said Charlotte should beg Ric Flair to be in her corner again.

-The hosts acknowledged the wedding of Rusev and Lana that was held on Friday in Malibu, California.

-Footage aired of Titus O’Neil and Darren Young talking backstage about their history and how things are going well for them as singles wrestlers. Titus said he’s excited about facing Young on Raw. Titus brought up the “Make Darren Young Great Again” slogan and asked the obvious question of “When were you ever great to begin with?”

-The hosts hyped Brock Lesnar vs. Randy Orton for SummerSlam, and Lesnar’s appearance on Raw. The hosts spoke about Lesnar, Heyman, and Orton briefly and then closed the show.
