Thursday’s WWE Smackdown scored a 1.58 rating, up from the 1.56 rating the show drew last week. As previously noted, the show averaged 2.145 million viewers, up from last week’s 2.073 million viewers.
Powell’s POV: Smackdown had only a minimal increase even though last week’s show aired against Game 6 of the NBA Finals, which drew over 20 million viewers for ABC. This week’s show was opposed by the NBA Draft, which produced 2.994 million viewers for ESPN. The June 25, 2015 Smackdown delivered a 1.76 rating with 2.496 million viewers.
